Morning bignose. interesting points again and i agree with the general point that the royalty levels are potentially very significant.still not clear though as to what the difference is between "net receipts "generating the 25% and" net sales" producing tiered percentages ranging from low to high teens. (from future payments and royalties section in last operational update). im probably being a bit dense, but can't really understand that atm. anyway, if they can get to anything like the level of sales that seem possible it may be a largely academic distinction, as we will be so awash with cash that a few mil here and there won't matter!

Afternoon all and yes good to hear from you professorz. certainly agree that china will come in ahead of FDA,but it is just possible(unlikely imo) that we will get US partnership news if the SPA can be completed and give potential partners an idea of what has to be done to get it to approval.i would love to think that china will be the saviour and i certainly take the point re the population,but just a bit pessimistic bearing in mind the underwhelming response to the china licence terms.hopefully i will be pleasantly surprised. on the manipulation point ,i agree and presumably without any serious buying interest we are just going to bob up and down (probably more down than up)like a directionless cork at the mercy of unpredictable eddies and currents.

Interesting timing. don't wish to read too much into it, as could have been planned for some time, but i believe fum have stated that they wait until formal FDA minutes of decisions are received rather than RNSing on hearing the informal decisions before minutes, which usually follow the decision about a fortnight later. does this mean they have the informal FDA decision, but are awaiting minutes to advise the market. would be a bit of a disaster PR wise if they had to RNS an FDA rejection on the morning of the presentation! just musing and no firm view.

Agreed.the tiny volume has been a characteristic of trading pretty much every day for so long now. as you say,where will it stop? surely we must be due some sort of update soon.oh well, tomorrow is another day.

Agree with that,bignose. i'm hoping they will actually announce that agreement has been reached on the SPA and not just keep us in the dark about what is happening there,so that we can at least feel there is an agreed way forward, to give any interested licensing parties something to work on.

Evening bucolic.yes not long to go now. fda aside for one moment,i don't know about you,but had we been told back at the start of 2020. that we would be posting about eroxon being sold in boots and advertised on several tv channels throughout the day,i expect we would have snorted in disbelief.really quite a journey imo. hope you are right about FDA (i remain quietly confident) and hope the news will finally release you from the ongoing battle with LBO.i have genuine admiration for the way you have kept it up.im sure it has been massively wearing and i know from my experiences on here that it certainly left a bad taste,but it has been,imo,genuinely important,so all kudos to you. i haven't decided what to do yet if we get approval. only anecdotal comments about sales so far,so it is a tricky one.hope it all works out for us and that we get the long awaited trip to fantasy island (perhaps LBO will seek employment as a bartender there, as his services will presumably be redundant after FDA approval!)

Am i right in thinking that although the topic of declining whey prices has been frequently discussed on here, it is not usually referenced by THG itself ? just my impression and happy to be corrected if wrong.
