Morning all.so what are we saying,129 tokens per NM inc share,i.e. post consolidation? i recall they were going to issue 10 billion tokens.is that correct and is that still what is proposed or has happened? nothing for me as yet on HL

Afternoon bignose.yes FUM seems to have generated some pretty positive feedback from boots, if the posters are to be believed. i saw to news re MHC yesterday and immediately thought of fortacin with a large degree of envy, as it looks like a very significant deal for them. could it happen for fortacin? well obviously it's possible, but as you said a few days ago there needs to be a meaningful increase in capacity production if we are only doing 30,000 units every 3/4 months.i t's not a large figure for the various teritories involved and i would imagine boots would want to feel (a) that there would be some substantial demand potentially and (b )that there is the capacity to meet that demand, otherwise why bother. i am no marketing expert so perhaps im not looking at this the right way and if there was news of the "exponential"sales growth (no try not to laugh) then it might be a goer.,i suppose. demantd has always been the issue, which was why i was so anxious for them to get OTC approval in EU. unfortunately the supply issues seem to have sabotaged the process in the early stages,so we don't have any reliable info yet on how popular it is proving. could all change if we suddenly hear that it is selling in decent numbers, but if im honest i'm not holding my breath. maybe we will be pleasantly surprised!

Https://www.eurekalert.org/news-releases/989732 not getting too excited.its quite difficult to get up to date info on cidrani, but it is a croatian start up (in 2019) making what i will describe as "health drinks"of various types.so its not exactly nestle,but it does seem as though its products are widely available in many countries,so i get the impression it has moved into revenue generation and past start up status. so small news, but mildly encouraging i suppose.

Very interesting bignose.believe it or not i did think of ctag when you posted. my elephantine memory(ha ha )recalled that you had mentioned cloud tag on a previous occasion and i wondered if that was behind your post. im not sure if you are actually invested but if so i hope the good and unexpected news(which i had followed slightly) actually materialises into something solid for you.i agree that there may be some comparable with dli.although i think im correct in saying ctag were in the individual user sphere whereas dli seem to have moved out of that and into the commercial/corporate arena,although i may well be wrong, but certainly it's nice to think there may be some mileage in dli at some point.thanks again for the very helpful link

Jambor, just managed to find the new board after the recent glitch and seen you post re final payments. thanks very much. not great news is it, but will just have to be patient i suppose.par for the course here, i'm afraid.

Just temporary,dougie,just temporary. there have been quite a few problems,bignose,since the recent maintenance work.one board with a delisted company that i continued to use has now gone completely (which is a bit of a pain),but this board seems to have been ok for me.

Andy96, interesting post and i completely agree with the principle expressed.hard to see anyone other than LO having the firepower to sell down in the volume which seems to have been going on. where i do differ somewhat, however, is on the figures. if we assume, for argument's sake, that the intention is to convert all the warrants over time, then as result of the exercise the issued share capital would, at the end ,be 312,892,000 ( 292,580,000 current plus 20,312,000 being no of warrants), 29.9% of which is 93,554,708. so it seems to me they could get to that figure,or very close to it, by selling 1,670,883 or thereabouts on the way down. (74,913,591 being existing holding plus 20,312,000 minus 93,554,708). one needs to factor in the increasing issued capital which would happen during the exercise process. im certainly no mathematician and very happy to be corrected if my reasoning is at fault or I've overlooked something.

I think that would depend on whether you are one of the 60% for whom it works.
