on a serious note,i agree that 30,000 is not a huge figure,but at least it is a start and if we can gain traction in a couple of countries sales would start to mount up if w can supply other areas as well.obviously have to see how it goes, but any indication of some material level of demand would,imo,be very welcome after all these years.

afternoon albert.im not certain that AM is actually still involved.i think it quite possible that the reference to shareholder representative is simply historic and a hangover from the original takeover situation.i cannot be sure, but i don't think we have heard of matchett in any obvious current role and not sure he would be a good fit with the current players running the show.anyway looking forward to more news shortly.

just to let you know that i had a short exchange of emails yesterday evening with srs acquiom. i summarise the gist of this as follows .srs were only engaged to deal with the collection of the initial documentation (shares)and make the initial payment.they have no details of tokens or further payments. these details will be held by what they refer to as the "shareholder representative", who holds the escrow pending determination of the contingency payments etc.according to acquiom the representative is anthony matchett! they suggested i contact him, a suggestion which i will not be following.

clearly they can't help at all,but from yesterday's later posts about II it sounds as though information is starting to percolate through to the platforms, so i'm going to sit back and wait to hear from HL. agree PG that we may be subjected to a high velocity crypto learning curve in due course!

afternoon all.thanks for the responses. my understanding has always been that the 2nd and 3rd cash payments were due after the ist anniversary of the deal,i.e. 3ist march 2023.ive never seen any suggestion of a time scale to make the payments after the 31st,so presumably some time is permissibly allowed to complete the figures and to determine the amount of any contingency deductions.i would have thought it reasonable to expect payments by say end of june at latest.

as to the tokens,yes albert that is what i understand.7% of total issued of 10 billion. PG,i was very interested in what you say about the viewable transactions.i will try and look at this,although im not confident that my crypto knowledge and abilities in that area will prove successful. will advise when i get response from SRS acquiom.

having heard nothing from HL i have just emailed srs acquiom to see if they can clarify matters regarding the tokens and the 2nd and 3rd payments. if i get any info i will post it.

evening bignose.been out all day with one of my grandchildren at a tennis tournament,so missed the reaction to the fum results. no nasty surprises and good news on the cash runway, although its length is going to be dictated by forthcoming revenue etc,so we will have to see how it goes.as you say,a significant upfront payment on FDA licence would change the scenario significantly,but my personal expectations there are conservative,probably as a result of hyper- cynicism generated by prolonged exposure to regent. i am hoping we will hear the result before the end of May.doubt we will get any reliable information about sales for 6 months plus,although we my get some anecdotal comments in the interim.fum were quick off the mark with the patent application(dec2019 i think) so hopefully news within the next 9 months or so. I've given up speculating on regent's failures in this and other respects.bit of a fatalist attitude now im afraid. on the manufacturing front,i'm hopeful that the relatively simple nature of med30000 (no active ingredients and no two drug combination issues which seen to have bedevilled fortacin) will mean what we don't face real issues in this regard. if supply problems arise from excessive demand then i would probably be quite pleased. im not expecting any significant increase in s/p until FDA news,as i think people are more inclined to derisk in advance of results rather than increase their holding,but at this point i think fum represents an excellent risk v reward prospect. hope i'm right.
