agree with you re the mobile app.bit of a gimmick with little real return by way of possible health improvement imo.however the commercial market has a different perspective i think. in this mad 'someone has to be blamed!"world i can well imagine companies( particularly large scale ones) being terrified of employees bringing claims because their employer has failed to take adequate steps to protect their physical and mental health.signing up to senoclock etc might be a way to counteract those allegations.im stretching things i know and perhaps just wishful thinking. interestingthat you mention selling dli.i have been wondering for a while if this isn't what is planned if they can get it to a point of traction and value. again probably far fetched at this point.

morning bignose. no idea about the agreement terms,although i have a very vague recollection of reading something a while ago which might have suggested the multiple user model. nothing reliable though.whichever it is i agree it won't be producing much atm i imagine. what is quite interesting though, is that they seem to have pivoted from focussing on the mobile phone app to business user targets.they never produced an app version for android phones and now seem to be talking exclusively about business users.i suspect this is the route being concentrated on by our very own Deep,since he became ceo.probably a good thing if this is the case,as the potential for mobile phone app use was imo pretty limited.i may be wrong of course about the lack of interest in the mobile market,but thats how it looks to me.

ndr, agree with your point about barder not taking opportunity to mention lack of side effects and lack of contraindications, but overall I was pleased with his performance.he seemed pretty confident(that hasn't always been the case) and was quite informative about the next roll out and marketing steps.also seemed pretty straightforward and specific about the FDA questions, which again is the sort of information which is not frequently disclosed in this type of situation on balance i was encouraged by the announcement and not particularly bothered by the small delay,to the extent that i bought a few more this afternoon.aimo.

afternoon bothwell.i don't think hope idsrunning out for the USA .obviously the timeline is now going to be significantly extended beyond that we were hoping for and whilst there is no guarantee they will be able to agree a protocol to enable it to go forward,equally there is nothing at the moment to suggest forcibly that they won't.usual time will tell situation.i take heart from the fact that mellon has committed further funds(yes i know its peanuts to him in the sense of his overall wealth ,but its not insignificant in absolute terms and even the wealthy don't like to lose money)and presumably he has a lot more knowledge of what is really going on than we do.clearly china is going to beat the us to the finishing post,but i would just mention the reference to completing the protocol enabling them to complete negotiations for US partner.now could just be the usual puffery,but perhaps they have decided to try and get a partner to do the heavy lifting for the us, rather than trying to go it alone.i f that's the plan and it goes that way,the benefits to ERP will presumably be considerably reduced to compensate the partner's risk and expense,but at least it might push the s/p to a more acceptable level.all speculation on my part and really not trying to influence you(this share would try the patience of the most saintly of saints) but i think it is just a bit too early to conclude that the us is a dead duck.

just a small point,but I've just checked the farmaline websites and the 10% discount they were offering for the last few days no longer features.i think i am correct in saying this and whilst there are several possible explanations,could it signify significant demand?not seeking to make too much of it,just throwing it out there.

hello ripley. yes, you should have received a payment of approx 6.06 usd per share (that's post consolidation).some posters only received payment fairly recently, although i,and many other posters, got theirs many months ago.brokers/platform providers have dealt with the receipt of payments in varying ways resulting in the disparity of receipt dates.i suggest you check with your broker etc to see if you have had it.the next two payments will be due after the 31st march and should total about 1 usd per share(less some as yet unknown deductions).if the tokens are not issued by 31st march then in principle the final payment will be about 5.5 usd per share i believe.
i'm no tech enthusiast and my understanding of web3 is pretty vague(indeed the concept itself appears quite vague and open to different interpretations),but i think one can basically think of it a a more modern version of the worldwide web,with an emphasis on functions involving crypto and NFTs.probably best if yo google it.my reference to it was in relation to the new app which we understand napster is proposing to bring out under algorands aegis.it will be an app for music fans (like the current napster service) with some sort of NFT functionality,i.e. users will be able to use the new napster tokens to buy things on it and access functions on the app and on whatever associated products or systems are able to be joined into the napster service..as i say my understanding is pretty rudimentary and it may all be academic if the tokens aren't issued by the 31st as we will get cash instead,which will be much simpler for non techies like me.

yes currently invested in vrs.i used to have a fairly sizeable holding which i sold when the s/p spiked to 180p some years ago. probably my best investment ever.unfortunately i bought back in a while ago,but with only a very small mount.so although the second foray into vrs has not gone well ,it is(whilst unwelcome)not a particular concern to me.i shall retain my now very modest holding to see how it plays out. .

morning ripley.basically the old napster shares(after the 750 for 1 consolidation)were converted under a scheme of arrangement into shares in napster Music inc,a private delaware incorporated company.in febuary a consortium comprising algorand and others led an agreed buyout of Napster Music and the shareholders in napster music became entitled to various stage payments. if you read through the posts on here(there aren't that many)you will see the payments described,including the final consideration which will,apparently,be paid in cash if the napster tokens described in the posts etc,are not launched by the 31st march.if the tokens are launched(whatever that actually means) by 31st then shareholders will get tokens(a form of NFT designed for use in the napster web3 system and associated operations) instead. it's starting to look a little late to get the tokens launched,although still possible i suppose. the posts on here will flesh this outline out and provided details of the cash payments etc.posts by highland on 9/6/22, horsesgob on30/6/22 and glenstar on 6/10/22 are very helpful.to get a definitive statement of the position as it relates to you personally.obviously you will need to discuss with your broker or platform provider as appropriate.you should have received the initial cash payment by now .

morning bignose. good question about a specific chinese manufacturer.perhaps that is something that may be considered in due course, depending on the NDA's progress and the new(EU) manufacturer's performance in fulfilling current supply requirements.

morning bignose.wouldnt disagree with any of that. the disparity between the china progress and fda, is, to say the least,stark.clearly it is down to incompetence in addressing the technical issues and requirements.i doubt if the chinese regulatory requirements are markedly less exacting than the FDA)although there may be some substantive differences i suppose).i haven't gone back to analyse the pathway outlined in previous announcements in detail,but im assuming there has been some substantive change to the pathway from the original(perhaps dictated by the trial results so far)..the apparent inconsistencies between information is extremely frustrating and annoying.i agree that fda is going back all the time.if it is 2025/6 then i may have to reconsider whether im prepared to hold on that long(that"s to the investment,not life!).yes,seems all down to china in the nearer term. at least we have,as you suggest,the possibility of some eu sales.interesting as you allude to,the fact the new eu manufacturer is now going to be introduced into the china process.,which i am sure is a small positive.results by end of month so perhaps a bit more news by then?
