yes back in on monday and top up today(not the3million I'm afraid).been watching the spmovements and trades and the concerns i had over various aspects a while ago have largely gone. I'm impressed by the relative price stability in recent times and I'm a fan of the area of operation so hoping for positive news soon.

lakshmi888 re mtfb.my post was intended for you and i greatly appreciate your prompt and detailed response .very good of you and thanks also for good wishes.completely agree that no point speculating re reason for CRL.im normally fairly cautious but got a bit carried away here by potential(i think greed played a part as well) and increased beyond what i would normally have done.am going to hold for eventual outcome whatever it is and may even add if we get further falls but only small amounts as I'm pretty much at the extent of my risk level here already.once again much appreciate your response which is very helpful.

apologies for asking an outright question but i often read this board out of interest and would be very interested in your take on motif.i suspect we have very different perspectives as i am a long term holder with a very high average sp and currently a very significant paper loss.you i assume are looking at it as it now is from a potential entry point of view but i would certainly value your views . thanks

i suspect that a failure to see the issue may be exactly what has caused the problem.this does not imply any criticism of the BOD on my part as i have no idea how well they have presented the application and can only assume they have done their best.i agree with you entirely that it seems something of a non problem with temporary raised toxicity but i also have no technical understanding of the issues or their seriousness i do however remain optimistic that matters will ultimately be resolved

afternoon bignose.not exactly encouraging is it.not sure to what extent if any the FDA take note of approvals /regulatory actions in other jurisdictions.i suppose in theory they should take some cognisance of them but i suspect they very much plough their own furrow as it were.the good news i suppose is that the waiver of post authorisation review is indicative of an absence of any serious health concerns which i would expect to be mirrored in the US trials.

agree with that jetty dog.the existence of the warrants was well known so their exercise was going to happen at some point(subject to s/p) and it removes one unknown factor from the scheme of things.will be interesting to see what TR1s we get.

n4p if you google FDA type A meetings you will find the draft guidance notes which are very interesting and show that communications do take place between the meeting request and the meeting although i would be very surprised if we were to hear any detail of these.these are draft guidance notes so i do not know if they have actually been implemented but they will give you a flavour of how the procedure works

yes that makes sense.if they were actual sells the s/p would certainly have fallen by more than the9% or so that it has.imo
