yes The Analyst i suspect thats right .still seems little odd given the interview statement but no great matter.more important news to come in due course i hope.

the analyst no they are not new I'm afraid they used to have a bigger percentage but whether the change is actually due to disposals or whether it reflects additional shares being issued etc i cannot say but definitely not the hoped for new institutional investor.

one of us thanks for posting that .I've been out for a bit but had in the back of my mind that price referred to an institutional investor.that being so it would not seem as though i can have been a block trade to a broker for splitting so question is where is RNS ? dont want to get too hung up on this and conspiracy theories etc as news of progress re contracts etc is far more important.

i posted at the weekend that i had difficulty hearing exactly what price said when referring to the altair trade.i said it sounded like "block" trade which would make sense but it was not clear.i had no replies but ask again is that what he said?if so why no TR-1 by now ?have i missed something? im not worried about anything just interested in potential identity of "institutional" acquirer

thanks ivy.yes i hope they will delay selling for reasons suggested but not too confident .we will see.their involvement is certainly one more unwelcome complication.

ivy perhaps i have missed something or misunderstood but i cannot see anything to say that lender can only sell above 10p.my take is that they can and probably will sell immediately which if true wouldn't be good news .approx 3.75% of current m/c.i suppose the lender might want to hold off to see if motif recovers a little to try and maximise the chances of it getting repaid in full but equally it may want to ensure that it gets some repayment at this point in case of further falls.i hope I'm wrong and happy to be corrcted if you think otherwise
