it its the case that jg is not taking his (full?) salary does this indicate financial difficulty/cash conservation?if correct its not good news although i think most of us expect a cash raise of some sort very soon

down 5% yesterday and up 5% today(as at a few minutes ago) just traded in and out this morning small profit.luck not judgement.thoughts anyone on s/p action?

vascular as we have been told the FDA were apparently fairly intimately involved in the trial formats.it would seem odd thatif they were ultimately going to want data re 40mg category patients (B group) they did not make this clear during the discussions so motif could include them. sorry that does not make sense to me.obviously we have no idea what really went on but if the FDA were as involved as we have been led to believe (a suggestion that provided significant support to those who felt approval was vitally certain) then i suspect the issue may be something entirely different which no one has thought of.but who knows!

been out for a while but pleased to see further posts on the above and particular thanks to Tp23 and others in this regard.all conjecture of course but i personally think Tp23s post of 23.30 yesterday seems to reflect what happened for me in that no one actually received the 40 mg dose..the part where i am not quite in agreement is the suggestion that if correct the FDA may consider these exclusions worth further trial data.this may be perfectly correct but for me it does not sit easily with the price statement in the conference call that there was no indication at this stage of the demand for additional studies.if the FDA had indicated in the CRL that they might want data for patients in categories other than those already trialled i would assume that this would give rise to an immediate indication that further studies i.e. of those new categories were likely to be necessary.i may well have misunderstood matters and be completely wrong in my analysis but hopefully we will have some substantive news in the latter part of april or early may.

on a serious note i am unable to answer vasculars post of 19.24 as i lack the technical understanding required .however there were a number of posts on this topic on saturday evening and the outcome seemed to be that we could not be certain but it was possible that no patients received ehe 40 mg dose as none came within the child-pugh C category for which it was intended.this does seem to sit oddly with the reference cited today by vascular.if anyone can comment furthest it would be interesting

bunion gave the date for the tax case.i think it was the 18thmarch and listed for three days with decision in sepltember but i cant remember exact date.he was asked for his source and cited someone at company hence removal for quoting from company officer.its correct in accordance with LSE stated policy and you can see the reasons for the policy but perhaps a little discretion for a fairly innocuous posting might have been justified here.hope this is accurate bunion

yes re listened last nigh t(actually felt it came across a little better on second hearing but thats probably just wishful thinking on my part).ive taken it down as "no indication at this stage of the demand for additional studies"...need to meet etc to see way forward etc.
so certainly not conclusive and as i mentioned in my post about the likelihood of approval its still perfectly possible that discussions with the FDA could lead to further trials being required.however my take on prices comments is that at this point is that it means two things.first that there is no express suggestion/requirement in the CRL for further trials and secondly that whatever the concerns/questions raised by FDA are they do not in motifs evaluation immediately in and of themselves give rise to a view that further trials will be needed.ie they give rise to no indication of this at this point.i accept that i may be stretching things but presumably if the issues were obviously ones which would need further trial even if not expressly requested Price couldn't have made the comment.who knows of course but personally i regard this statemen as the single most important thing to come out of the conference.still no way of knowing how will all turn out but GLA
