Crystal ball gazing, pearls, but i have to agree with you.once ingenuity is private, small pis can expect zero information apart from the minimal compliance with whatever reporting/accounting rules are applicable.to get moved from a quoted market to a private listing is usually a highly uncomfortable experience. even if i were not a very elderly investor with a very short time horizon, i would personally not contemplate taking the ingenuity option.just my personal opinion, of course, but it does seem that a lot of posters have little or no real appreciation of the delisting implications im afraid.

Osg,very interesting link, thanks. i agree with your thoughts re PE.the interims specifically reference Escode as something within Ncc which kelso thinks has potential as a standalone entity, so perhaps that is the focus of its interest.this news if true (and i have no reason to question it)certainly for me belies the suggestion by some that kelso is an irrelevant lightweight. they have very serious connections. interesting times!
