Morning bignose. couldn't argue with any of that. im only pleased in the sense that it is the first positive news (ex japan) we have had in quite a while.it does not excuse the continued delay and misleading or contradictory statements we have had to endure over the years.i have the same concerns over how quickly the data is submitted,but let us hope it does not take as long as we fear. judging from today's tepid market reaction ,the news has not exactly suffused the market with confidence and optimism im afraid,which is no surprise.

Well,well ,well! good news on today's announcement. (i was very apprehensive when i looked at it, as the first word i read was "voluntary" and i immediately thought oh bugger voluntary liquidation! anyway, all good. the time scale seems almost never ending,but at least it has brought a degree of positivity back to the situation,so very pleased.

Whenever i speculate as to how this will all end up, i always come back to the same point,namely how will L/O exit their position. they own 28.5% and must surely have, or at the very least desire, an exit strategy at some point. in that context an outright sale of the entire company seems to me to be the most likely outcome.hoping for a £1 plus, but that's just hope of course.
