hope as you say there is a clear reference to med 3000 on the eroxonin advert, but it doesn't fit med 3000's {ie erosxon's) profile at all. still seems to me like a potential passing off or similar infringement of fum's product, but the specific reference to med 3000 is, i agree, very strange. i assume fum is aware of this, but i will email them later today if time allows.

Looks like a prime candidate for a passing off action imo.

Whilst i do think kelso may well be going for Escode, i have certainly not ruled out the possibility of it being a remainco division. i think on solid's breakdown is very interesting and in particular his point about selkirk being outside of moulding;s sphere of interference. this is point that had not occurred to me and which i don't think has previously been made.

If you read the kelso's interims from 30th september, you will see kelso specifically references Ncc's escode division as having particular potential as a standalone business. suggests to me that this may be the target, but sure speculation until a formal announcement,

Good find,slock. also bear in mind eroxon is currently no 12 on us amazon best sellers for sexual lubricants, and this despite this not being the strictly appropriate category for it and there having,as yet, been no initial marketing campaign by haleon for post launch availability. i think this is the highest it has been (it was down at 27 i think a day or so ago) and has fluctuated between these places but pleased to see it back to all time high.
