We have no idea how th finance will be provided.most likely there will be an equity issue in selkirk after the initial ipo,which will be raised pursuant to the precise target details etc.it will constitute a reverse take-over (see the RNSs to date) so probably a suspension of selkirk whilst the process runs its course.obviousy there will probably some debt involved but there has to be a substantial equity element imoli
