.the median m/cis 1016m and the smallest currently is 107m.

Not sure when the cut off date for 250 inclusion is, but if the bigger players wanted to ensure inclusion, they could presumably buy more to increase the m/c to benefit from the expected uptick once included.

I'm afraid i can see very little, if anything ,to recommend the shellbay arrangement. seems entirely set up to benefit mellon.i have always had concerns about whether it means agronomics bears the cost of advice, which also benefits new agrarian without any cost on its part. we do not enough clarity on this aspect to say categorically one way or another, but i suspect that may well be the case.disclaimer, not currently invested and not seeking an entry so relatively impartial view i think.

Evening bignose.i had almost given up hope of the china submission eve happenings pleased to see it at last.unfortunately,everything you say is true and paints a pretty dismal picture. not sure we will see much of spike tomorrow going on recent history, but we shall see. bearing in mind that wangling seem to have a direct agreement with the manufacturer im hoping that the production level may not be quite as bad as you fear, but again ,past history does not promote much confidence.

Just endorsing silverblade's comments, with which i entirely concur. i'm expecting the debt position to improve significantly over time as the benefits of the acquisitions start to materialise.

From the november factsheet, i no longer see amgen and biogen mentioned in the top holdings. not sure how reliable this is, but if correct it presumably suggests they have been sold down.

Stevmn23 i suspect that sums up the feelings of most on here.certainly does so for me. im hoping the apparent fairly general aversion to the ingenuity option (not everyone i realise) will significantly diminish moulding's influence at remainco,hence rendering it a more attractive prospect in some form for a their party interest.

For those who haven't watched it yet,i do recommend looking at McDonald's presentation.i found the q&a very illuminating. he gives an outline of the likely timescale, expecting to make first offer in q1 2025 with completion in second half 2025. he also explains why they do not regard selkirk as a conventional spac in, for me; quite a cogent way, although i accept that others may not be so convinced. it is also worth (imo) listening to his comments on the minority shareholding question. for clarity, personally i don't expect Selkirk to go for any part of thg, but i accept it is possible. my expectation is that, absent a bid for the whole from another source, remainco will move to the ftse 250 (assuming it meets the m/c criterion) hopefully at end of q1 2025 and that will be very positive for the s/p.

Angling direct have now made the first buyback under the programme. relatively modest purchase, but should prove very positive over time. kelso have of course, recommended the a buyback programme be implemented, so pleased their suggestion has been acted upon..

Agreed. it is the removal f debt by the sale of fox crypto ,which will be transformative. there may have been a certain feeling of disappointment on the part of investors, that it was not completed in october as originally expected, which may have exacerbated the reaction to the results somewhat. also we now have the intriguing prospect of another's yet unidentified sale which should add to the improving picture.

as we are a bit off topic, ive seen some very odd(imo) posts on fum in last couple of days.i struggle to understand the mentality of posters who suggest that by partnering with world class distributors,fum have in some way prejudiced their revenue potential, as world class partners will extract a very high price from the bargain. would they have preferred to see second, or even third rate partners? barder himself said when announcing the haleon partnership, that they could have got higher royalties from other suitors, but overall they wanted hleon as the best prospect .perhaps i'm missing something, but it seems a bit of an odd criticism to me.anyway,im just sounding off on here, sorry. dont want to get into mud slinging match on fum, a there is no mileage in it.
