I dont think it needs a few days to exercise the warrants.it just needs the appropriate notice or notices of intention to exercise to be given, which can no doubt be done electronically in very little time. i'm not suggesting they will be exercised(although i do think it likely),just giving my opinion that it is still perfectly possible for it to happen.

By and large a fairly positive update. only negative so far as i can see is cash balance down somewhat. no doubt there are reasons for that's not concerned.direction of travel and acquisit ion program look positive.

Morning bignose.no i don't understand how the ams systems works either. there was one day in particular(probably the one you cite)where there was a significant preponderance of "sells" yet the s/p moved up significantly.anyway back to tiny volume today.

we never get any figures for DLI do we? the employees can't be working for nothing can they! all very odd.

Morning bignose.i agree with all that. disappointing to see the s/p lose all its recent gains, but not surprising and of course it is just trading with no real substance to a ny movement.i do find the whole DLI situation puzzling.why buy in the first place? does it have any serious potential? (possibly so imo, but i expect i'm in a minority of one) .will it ever produce any revenue? would a third party be interested in the technology? i see our very own Deep has been speaking at the international congress on longevity and anti ageing in mexico city a few days ago. problem i suspect (and a wonderful irony) is that i won't live long enough to see it realise any potential. time will tell.

Afternoon bignose.yes,i suppose it all depends on mellon's attitude and how he sees things going over the next 12 to 18 months.just hope that with just under 60% he feels it worthwhile to continue funding it through to chinese approval i agree that it will probably take longer thatn suggested (doesn't it always) but even middle of 2026 is "only" 16 months away and not so long perhaps after putting so much money in already. of course it is bound to mean more loans etc, so further dilution no doubt, but let's hope he keeps it going.

Exactly,james.ive made the same point myself on here on two or three occasions, but you have expressed it very succinctly. fum have take a long term view, something that does not always sit well with those looking for more short term gains.it is still very early days here imo.

Hello ripley.yes i do still hold, but only because the value of my holding has fallen so much it is now irrelevant to my overall financial position.i am also interested to see how matters turn out. would i buy more now? no certainly not.

i very much doubt fum have messed up on the contract fine print. they use withers and rogers (one on the leading ip legal firms in the world) as their patent attorney, so i would be surprised if they didn't use a leading law firm for the haleon agreement. it won't have been barder and james and your local high street general practice. of course, commercial realities and the desire to secure (quite rightly imo) the best possible partner for the us deal, may well have led them to have to accept less ideal terms than they might have wished, but it won't be down to any legal **** up.imo
