it certainly seems as though the original deal has not been adhered to.my recollection is that if tokens were not issued by a certain date shareholders got an additional payment which was, i think, likely to be more substantial than the very small sums we have been getting in dribs and drabs over the last couple of years(or not getting in some cases). problem is that i doubt anyone is going to be prepared to spend any significant sums in trying to put together the full picture, bearing in mind that even if the original deal has not been properly honoured, the difficulty of small pi s being able to mount any enforcement proceedings(and the uncertainty which would be involved) is likely to condemn us to resmaining in the dark. sorry to hear PG that you are not getting payments through. very disappointing that your brokers won't help.

Have i completely misunderstood matters, but is it correct to say that moulding hasn't taken any additional shares at this point and that his entire contribution is by way of the convertible loan and the paying up of the F and G shares? my point is that if correct the whole of the new share issue is being taken up by new and existing shareholders other than moulding? i appreciate the employee trust will probably participate in the equity issue but if moulding is not taking part ,surely we can expect several TR1s (or at least a couple or so) to absorb the issue. happy to be corrected if i have got things wrong.

Whilst pleased to hear that senstend has passed the first stage in the regulatory process, i am not sure what passed all the regulatory requirements means.feels a bit like an announcement for announcement's sake ahead of the results. i'm probably just being a tad over cynical (understandable) as it obviously is good news and a successful first step..

Less than £2500 traded today.not sure that warrants yet another negative post.all that really matters is the terms of the reverse takeover when announced and of course the identity of the target. until then comments about performance and prospects seem to me to be entirely precipitate and misplaced.

His exact words were "Looking to make first offer in q1". i assume nothing will be announced until the deal is agreed in principle as the are looking to come to the market with a ready formulated reverse takeover, and his next comments indicate that it could take a further period after the initial offer for terms to be agreed.so i personally don't think we can necessarily expect to hear anything for some little time. for what it is worth's don't personally think it will be anything to do with thg,but that is just my opinion.hope i'm wrong.

The reference to the possibility of a dividend when the leverage is down to the required levels is encouraging, but i would also prefer the funds to be used to pay down more debt rather than returned to shareholders.we shall see.

And how come eroxon has obtained eu ce mark approval,fda approval as a medical device, had positive results replicated in haleon's own trial prior to licensing and obtained nhs approval for prescription use. it has never been claimed to work for everyone, but has the benefit of being suitable for sufferers, who cannot, or should not, use viagra and similar products because of contraindications, eg high blood pressure. with respect,monty's view seems astonishingly one sided and determinedly negative. of course, it is all going to be about sales at the end of the day, but it is far too early to reach any clear conclusions on that score.
