21st feb last year bignose.i am hoping we won't get one now,although not sure it makes much difference.i suppose we've just tempted fate.what would be interesting is if anyone can provide the criteria for having to issue one.probably best to see if we get one early next month before worrying too much about it.

what will be interesting isto see what reaction, if any, we get from Dbay. were they hoping for a bit of a pullback on update to enable them to increase? will they think the most likely move in s/p over time is now likely be up, as unlikely to be any negative news now for a while and therefore best to make a move now? or none of this and something completely different?

its probably just me and quite wrong,but my anecdotal observations are that frequently we find regent'a s/p reacting to news on the day following the news, rather than on the news day itself. wishful thinking probably, but perhaps a positive reaction to the VRX news tomorrow.in a logical world it must surely be seen a a positive.

completely agree that he presents a much better image.that could be a problem for matchett long term,but I've no idea how he is regarded by the music industry and the investment community
