the 21 days refers to the issue of the loan notes (i still don't understand exactly how this ties in with the reference to "at the companys request",but i accept I'm never going to get that clarified).we have not been told of any time frame for conversion (as opposed to issue) and although there may be a long stop provision which we have not been told about, on the face of it the lender can, presumably convert at any point . in other words even if the next tranche has been issued (and i expect it has) the lender can give notice to convert at some time in the future if they so choose. thats my understanding but could be wrong of course.

another 500k sell gone through. whilst i don't think it is nice and green selling to bring down the sp prior to converting the next trance it could be. i think this pattern has been going on longer than their involvement but i haven't kept a record,so could be wrong. if it is them ,i assume that at some point(not yet) it can become counterproductive to continue that policy as the adverse effect on the existing holdings outweighs the benefit of future lower prices. im no mathematician so again could be wrong.pretty clear that this is going continue in the absence of very positive news,as there is,I'm afraid ,absolutely no buying pressure.am expecting second conversion notice tomorrow.

just to clarify,it was an XOFF trade,i.e. direct between two parties without market participation.so its both a buy and a sell depending on which side of the trade you were on. there was no change to the order book before or after.

big trade of £186,610 a little while ago at 18.5p.denoted as a sell,but I'm not so sure.biggest trade I've seen.

insilco has now had its Chemistry 42 AI system incorporated into UCB's drug discovery system.im not posting a link, as it won't benefit Regent.it does, however, make me wonder even more how long Zhavoronkov will remain associated with DLI. reluctantly I'm moving more to your view bignose, that to satisfy the HK regulators mellon looked around for something he could move into regent that was not core to insilco's future (obviously DLI isn't or they would have kept it). i hope this is wrong, but i fear we may end up with a non performing asset (draining finances) in isolation.i do hope I'm wrong.

yes been looking at ffwd. the news has gone down like a ton of bricks today. they were hoping emmac was going to do great things, but the potential has now gone due to the sale.apparently needed to sell as can't get involved in recreation use. not sure how much mellon is involved now.he doesn't seen very popular on their board and it sounds as though here may have been a falling out.like you i don't follow it closely though.

morning bignose.i was looking at the china news yesterday and this morning as it is referenced on the fum board.i even drafted a post referring to my view that now china has the infrastructure to support a larger population, they can now see the advantage in terms of economic power etc of being ahead in the numbers game.i appended a rare political comment,but then didn't post it. i couldn't bear the thought of having to read all the vituperation it would doubtless generate from those of different views.interesting thought as to whether it may benefit us.let us hope so.

hello BE. first i think i need to correct my earlier post. i have been looking back at earlier RNSs and i see that the same wording was used to refer to the 3rd meeting minutes, so it looks as though the adjective "final" is used to describe the minutes,not the meeting. sorry that i have misread the meaning. second as to time scale, it may take longer than we expect. the RNS of the 8th dec refers to fum having recently received the minutes of the meeting on the 19th oct. so looks like it could have been six weeks or so. as we don't know when the last meeting was actually held, we could be looking at middle of april. i hope it's earlier of course, but it's the detail of course which will really matter.

the last RNS states they are awaiting "final meeting minutes". presumably that means they have actually finalised the detail, as otherwise it would not be the final meeting. presumably we will get details of the requirements fairly soon.

well Fatman i wouldn't argue with any of that.i was thinking more along the lines of 1 for 10 but its just speculation.it's also the case that nasdaq listings don't always benefit either,which was really the thought behind my post. it can be counterproductive if done by a company at a weak stage in its development in an attempt to boost profile etc. better imo to wait until it is perceived as a highly tempting prospect etc.

personally i think a consolidation is pretty much inevitable shortly, but not necessarily because of nasdaq potential.again a purely personal view, but i am not really expecting any new listing arrangements for some considerable time.not even sure it would be a sensible move in the near term .we need to have become a company of significantly greater substance before that should be contemplated.just my opinion.

keith, Ackers was one of the original investors in the RTO of armstrong back in 2016. he held 1.4% or so. i think he is still invested,but at what level I'm not sure. he has always been a proponent of melody (for obvious reasons haha), but of late he has been very quiet, hence my reference to his latest tweets as hopefully indicating a renewed enthusiasm.

good work mooney.i haven't read the full analysis,but referring to last years revenue without acknowledging the input to come from napster( I'm just going on the headline bullet points here) seems a little facile to me.not sure how much real analysis goes into these reports.a lot of them are just computer generated without any human involvement.not saying SWS is,but its not a source i would particularly give weight to.
