good work mooney.i haven't read the full analysis,but referring to last years revenue without acknowledging the input to come from napster( I'm just going on the headline bullet points here) seems a little facile to me.not sure how much real analysis goes into these reports.a lot of them are just computer generated without any human involvement.not saying SWS is,but its not a source i would particularly give weight to.

yes bignose its still all about numbers.our current m/c is what about £50m.tiny really.could easily be 3 times that or more if we could get just a small proportion of the potential US sales.but as you say,the spectre of poor eu sales haunts the feast. the OTC position didn't look good from the last announcement, but remember jamie has said the recordati were going to do the launch in june (haven't checked back but i think thats correct). not sure what that means really, but presumably what has taken place so far is not the full "launch", whatever that means. clearly we are not going have any meaningful OTC figures in the results and probably not even in the next ones. what impact covid and the impurities issue are having is an unknown and probably won't matter too much if we get a positive update on P11, as attention will focus on US prospects.not too long till end of H1, so as always patience is required.

apologies for replying to my own post,but i find the header more constructive.quite agree cheapie.i have no technical knowledge at all,but that makes sense to me.be very wary of the simplistic approach of some posters i am sure these ar not simple issues,and the need get things right is obviously paramount,not speed.other opinions are no doubt available.

i should have added that when they do submit i would expect the submission to be announced and also some detail by way of headline results. however we do not always get what we expect. if we do get headline results expect them to be a very positive s/p trigger, assuming of course, that they are positive.

the stated aim was to submit the results to FDA during first half of 2021. so could be quite some time yet I'm afraid.

agree with that formal1.thechinese deal seems very favourable compared with others I've seen.i agree that the terms of any europe/usa deals are more likely to be of the type you suggest.
