yes interesting albert and LF that she is the Chair.not reading too much into it,but if we get through the next phase and we have an updated major shareholder list with gore unchanged then i shall feel that despite no mention in the LD he is still involved in a positive sense. actually reading that article makes me feel more confident of his continuing involvement.trying to avoid confirmation bias but of course I'm only human.

thats perfectly possible bucolic and indeed quite likely imo.i think ema approval is still some time off and no partnerships beforehand imo. the only caveat to that view is the reference to selected territory (sorry that may not be the exact phraseology as i haven't checked)which i have referred to before as mildly intriguing. if it is an exercise to prime for a fundraise, it may not be too bad a thing as i would imagine they would have to sweeten the pill a bit with news of some positive development. now if we were unprincipled self interested rampers we should all be plugging how this is a fantastic CBD play with mutlibag potential! now theres a thought!

embers i think you have to consider that new customers are created all the time. provided our offering is sufficiently attractive it can, and i hope will, in effect take potential spotify customers off them by them choosing us instead.only time will tell of course.

morning LF,ORLM and mel.thanks for your responses.appreciated. i don't think i can take it any further without sight of the actual documentation implementing the agreement,which I'm not going to get lol. im not bothered about the principle of the CLNs at all, as agree with LF that ,in effect,they are relatively small beer and what matters at the end of the day is commercial success. my only query was about the compensation provisions dealing with fall in s./p during what they call the pre admission period as its a bit frustrating that they have tried to explain them but have not done so clearly.obviously inserted at request of the lender to ensure they don't lose out if they seek to convert and s/p falls before admission,which is perfectly reasonable in principle in this type of arrangement.anyway bigger more important things coming up I'm sure.thanks again for replies.

at the risk of being a bore I'm going to repeat the question in my earlier post.can any anyone explain the mechanics of how the compensation provisions work.in case the thrust of my question is not clear,the provisions as set out in the CLN RNS seem to me to be incomplete.it may be that i am too dense to understand them,so its a genuine question, as unless i am being really stupid (always a possibility) they cannot really mean what they appear to be saying.any replies would be appreciated.

i also agree bucolic.i would normally have gone very strongly for 1 ,but my slight qualification is that this has been 4/5 days of rises(haven't checked exactly when they started so could just be 4) and we have still stayed up today, albeit down a bit from day's highs.ive only been in since dec2019 but I'm fairly sure that during that time any rises have been fairly short lived (the 26p one was over almost as soon as it began if i recollect correctly).if we get no news next week then i suppose we will have to conclude it's 1.hoping for good news that it's one of the others.
