morning ndr50.only just seen your post.re the patent, Notice of Publication was issued on 7//1/21.this is a formal ,invariable and automatic step in the application procedure.it is not the granting of the patent, but a step along the way. the application process is ,as i expect you know,very lengthy so not expecting news of the grant for a little while. personally since I've been invested here (dec2109 )the one thing i have never been concerned about was the ultimate grant of the appropriate patent. futura and its advisors have considerable experience in the patent field(there are a very large number pf patents registered to fum)and i am completely confident it will be obtained.in the meantime, of course, they have the protection of the provisional rights regulations. as to a takeover,I've no idea really. the obtaining of the ema approval is obviously a seminal moment in the story ,but whether it will bring about a takeover approach is anyone's guess.what i do think is certain is that we will be hearing about a european partner very soon interested parties will not want to hang about now,and fum are happily now in a very much stronger position.this news will doubtless be the next significant driver of s/p movement and it won't be downward! agree some very odd posts in last couple of days, bizarre even, but thats aim.good luck all.

R1bobuk i use LSE L2 and I'm quite happy with it. its one of the cheapest i believe and no fixed term so you can just stop if you want to.i don't understand charts and any real TA, so if you are minded in those directions there may be better systems out there,as I've never tried any others.i do find L2useful, although in some ways its perhaps more interesting than useful.what it does do for me personally is to create a sense of having more control over what you are looking at.its purely illusory of course, but every little helps.

morning charlie.no need to apologise for negativity..the amount you have tied up more than justifies your feelings.i can understand that at that figure it really does become personal and as you allude to, that is a potentially dangerous position to be in. hard to make the right decisions when that happens (although we will all have experienced it I'm sure). I'm hanging on because my overall position in these is not as bad as some, as i sold out at 60cents entirely, kept the profit and then (fomo struck) bought back with original amount 3 weeks later!.so I'm down arithmetically but not hugely so,so I'm a bit more relaxed about hanging on.totally understand your position and i hope your other opportunities work out well for you.

"non inferiority (to cialis) is not required to be shown" .this is the most important point.i don't normally do superlatives but for once this is, imo,brilliant news.the clalis inclusion is for comparative purposes only.they already expect med to beat it on the speed of onset and side effects fronts.

yes very frustrating LF. need to focus on things like current M/C, potential revenue (even allowing for a bit of ball dropping along the way) and news flow impact as and when. you know my views about impatience and timescales so i'll not repeat them..GLA
