so no concrete knowledge or reference as i thought, just a distorted reference to the auditor's general ongoing obligations, which apply to all companies.not sure what verb you are referring to, but i assume its"audit', although i think it is used as a noun in the context here of audit opinion.surprisingly i am indeed very familiar with the latin verb "audire", from which it is derived, but not I'm afraid, from a heritage aspect for two reasons. first they do not (at least so far as I'm aware) still speak latin in italy and second i am not italian .nice try but not, if you don't mind me saying so, particularly impressive.nice chatting to you.
