well thats true up to a point bignose,but whilst the basic version is free ,the pro version is free until the20th march and thereafter $14 per month. now its reasonable to assume that the majority will go for the free version,at least to start with and only a percentage of those will stick with it for the pro. so yes I'm not suggesting it's a money spinner yet. however the app store summary refers to the updating of the app (i think this is fairly recent but not completely sure) and says that since they added the psychological survey (part of the upgrade i assume) more than 190,123 people have already passed it anfdfound out their mind age. now it may all be hot air etc but with these things i imagine its all about reach and traction. whilst i personally won't be endeavouring to find out my mind age( no don't say it please!) i suspect there may be a lot of people of the much younger generation who will wish to do so. time as always will tell and possibly there will be some detail in the results.

thanks very much for that heimdal. i find it very interesting.i have been trying to find a link to the quote about #1 wellness app on app store but without success. if you have a link i would be very interested.i imagine its pretty difficult to get to no1 in most fields, although perhaps the wellness field is less crowded than some. these things can change from day to day, but if it has achieved the no 1 spot at any time it certainly makes my cynical comments of a few days ago, that i doubted the app would have gained much traction yet, look very wide of the mark. if it has achieved no 1 i would have though they might have made some sort of announcement,but perhaps not yet.

reflex, oddy wasn't trying to get out ,he was trying to get in.he had a very small holding apparently from his student days years ago and was seeking an entry point of 9p or so when the s/p was 13 to 17p range.he was on about this for well over a year and it never happened.could have done of course,but that is exactly the dilemma faced by current potential investors,except that we now have ema approval (in effect) so its a very different scenario.in fairness oddy took it with good grace and wished lths good luck. i am assuming of course that he hasn't bought in recently.sorry if you know all this already,but it is quite an interesting demonstration of how difficult it is to time the market.

the chinese deal is entirely different from what is now in prospect in europe. the china deal is for trials etc to lead to chinese marketing approval. we have approval now in effect in europe (the issue of the CE certificate is a pure formality once an approval recommendation has been give by the designated body) so we are looking for an appropriate marketing partner/licensee. this is a perfectly common situation where you have a licensing partner in one regulatory jurisdiction and a different partner rseeking approval in another jurisdiction. the terms of the european deal will be the next driver of s/p movement. now they have the ema approval Fum are in a very much stronger position to determine the terms of the arrangement.

i do, brown adder. obviously it all depends on the facts. if it's a sub 3% holder who is selling down, we will hear nothing unless the acquirer/s is/are pushed over a reporting threshold etc. i have no ideaof the total lvolume of these large rounded trades, but they have been going on for ages and imo are the principal cause of the s/p decline. its all speculation of course and we will only know if we get any formal announcements. not sure I'm following your point about brokers, but if they are accumulating on behalf of a client (or indeed as principals) the same reporting criteria would apply. personally i doubt that is happening, but again that is just speculation on my part.apologies if I've misunderstood your point

no. aim companies normally have to publish within 6 months the year end in the case of the full year results (which are the ones due) but they can apply for a 3 month extension under the covid emergency regulations. the requirement to publish half yearly figures is 3 months from the half year end, but again they can ask for a one month extension under the current covid regs. it is the full year figures which we will get next (not as has been suggested by some the half year ones) and although last years were published on the ist april, there is no requirement for them to follow last year's timescale.
