Dosanddonts as an antidote to the drivel, consideration of the royalties split is an interesting diversion. the 50/50 china split was quite surprising, as it was far more favourable than the "norm" obviously there is no actual norm, as each situation depends on the commercial realities and bargaining power of the parties. but 50/50 seemed very favourable to FUM. did it indicate a significant degree of keenness on the part of the partner? agree you would not expect a big pharma to come in with that type of split, but one point may militate in favour of a more generous than normal split in favour of fum and that is the apparently very low cost of production. if it is indeed low cost to produce, it may give greater scope for more generous terms for fum .total speculation, of course, and so many possible variables. if we did get a major pharma with anything above a 15% split, i think the s/p would absolutely rocket. just my opinion of course.
