think it would be sensible to change the thread header, as it conveys exactly the opposite of what has happened.as HFK says, LO have increased the number of ordinary shares they hold and also taken an indirect interest (presumably CFDs) in addition). as he explains, the slight percentage reduction is just a reflection of the increased TVRs. positive sign imo.

morning mooney.thnks for that.i think what they have told you is absolutely correct.im no expert,but my clear understanding is that it is the shareholder's responsibility to report to the company and only then does the company's obligation to notify the market arise. looks like an oversight (bit odd as its an institution of repute, but nothing sinister I'm sure). it's good news that they have significantly increased their position.hoping for more good news soon.thanks for clarifying..

i have been waiting for the latest NAV to come out before deciding whether to invest .currently feel the disconnect is too great to get in at moment.just my opinion and i'm sure there are lots of counter arguments.in fairness the figures haven't really had much of a negative impact,as i believe they will have been expected.

yes that's my point really mel. we may get back to something like normal eventually for a time( maybe longer) but suspect there wi be negative aspects for some time to come, which may well make streaming more attractive.just speculation of course.

excellent post Kof K. i particularly endorse your comments regarding lockdown. i never subscribed to the view that it presented an opportunity, which view i felt, was a little short sighted and superficial. far from being an opportunity for long term growth, i think it pretty much completely scuppered MVR's business plan for 2020 and in effect they have had to regroup and refocus.

so not closing in on our multi bagger potential at last then?

isn't there a NAV revaluation due by end of week? not invested at the moment, but looking at it as a possibility.

agreed MH-m.probably the most significant point in all the detail from the short to medium term perspective.i have very limited time today so only skim read and very provisional view.

well this is quite fun today. yes fellow board readers by all means read booth's pasted article.you may find it moderately interesting .but not in the slightest revelatory. what you will certainly not find is any reference to fum or med3000. its a rather simplistic attempt to denigrate a particular by reference to a generalisation. in saying that, i am not seeking to minimise or downplay any legitimate concerns that anyone may have that persons with underlying health issues might be deterred from seeking advice because of taking med 3000. such concerns will no doubt have been considered by the regulatorty authorities and willbe appropriately addressed by labelling and leaflets. there is a whole raft of products freely available which could be said to carry the same risk.if you suffer from persistent headaches it would probably not be wise just to go on taking paracetamol and not look into it further. i haven't checked but i imagine such circumstances are usually addressed by the advice that if sympons persist consult a doctor etc .further,if you take booth's argument a a step further, he seems to be suggesting that men with ED should no tbegiven the opportunity to try something for the symptons but should only be allowed to seek medical advice re the underlying cause. the two are not mutually exclusive and such an attitude seems astonishingly prescriptive and overly paternalistic imo. enjoy your reading!
