wayne apologies if have misunderstood you, but isn't that the whole point?. there seem to be numbers of tweets drawing a clear distinction between the glastonbury production as such and the tech responsible for the live streaming, the former being exculpated and the later taking the brunt go the criticism. perhaps i am missing something,but it seems pretty much a PR disaster for drift. people have long memories for this type of screw up.

well mooney it is possible to have a completely open ended loan(e.g. the old War Stock) but as you suggest highly unlikely,so agree there will be some period,but it could be many years.not sure but i suspect the actual detail may have to be given in the annual accounts. im no accountant so interesting if anyone who is could comment.anyway don't want to get to hung up on detail(i tend to do that I'm afraid)and hoping for some encouraging news from lovells (oh god it's still coming out as lovelies!)

morning mooney.just a point of detail the original cln rns given no express date by which conversion has to have taken place.it merely gave the 12 month issue period.i believe it is customary to have some overall conversion period but these can vary greatly (5/10 years?).and i suppose it is possible to have it completely open ended although whether it that is likely or not I've no idea.so basically we have no idea what time limit there is or indeed if there is one.i commented at the time that this was the sort of information which should have been give.its not commercially sensitive and if i were investing now, as opposed to being already in, its the sort of thing i would want to know.anyway it is what it is.
