I had e'mail discussions with FOX 5 yrs ago about an unhealthy relationship between Fox and Christopher Lascelle, a former colleague and Director with CG at Dark Star Technologies, and New World Holdings of Malta. IMHO Japan, China and Korea will be the powerhouses ( forgive the pun) of H2 FCV. Eu will lag behind, principally because the auto mfrs make the majority of their money from Dealerships in servicing , repairs and parts for expensive ICC. As we know an electric motor has no expensive gear box, and is easily maintained. EV's are a threat to their profitability, and that is why their first generation of EV's, for all the mfrs, are expensive sports or 4 WD vehicles, where they can, and do, front load the profit on the selling price. Even the mini is £25K which BMW is marketing as a 'sports mini' because of the rapid acceleration all EV cars can have. The first mfr to come out with a small 4 seat car for under £12K will sell millions in the UK alone, and better still, a modification kit to convert ICC to FCV for about £6K for medium size vehicles. I believe the far East principal mfrs realise this and will see the EU and USA market as a big export potential, or indeed, better still, mfr in country. RDS is the biggest global mfr of H2 from Methane steam reforming, and cracking of Heavy Oils. To a large exrent it controls the market price of H2. I believe Toyota would like to dominate the supply of H2 in Japan, and DMG kills 2 birds with 1 stone. Win win for all, especially us lucky PHE shareholders.

If the 'deal' falls through, and SOU resort to plan B, we still have SCHL with interests in both EM and SM, so drilling and locations should be no problem. lol

I would like to add to Pilticks very good appraisal of the situation re; W2T. W2T have the been given the rights to develop, construct and operate the DMG plant in UK, Japan and Korea. All three areas with forward looking plans on H2 as a fossil fuel alternative. License fees in themselves are not going to propel PHE to a multiple £100m company. The real money is in operating the plant, and selling its products. One of the red flag drawbacks for H" has been the safe transportation, and its cost. With DMG plants, having a relatively small footprint size, they can be constructed close to where the H2 is required. It would not be feasible to have 'gangs' of PHE employees working in foreign field to construct and operate the plants, but the plants can be sub-contracted to local companies, and healthy profit margins retained. IMO

Good post maldini, but I'm not sure the BOD interests are aligned with those of PI's. The maxim of ' CEO main responsibility is shareholder value' appears not to apply to SOU. However, I did like;

This was my preferred option all along, obviously discredited by the apologists . I do hope that the 'deal' falls through, and the BOD have the necessary incentives to go to 1st gas. Yes, we would probably have to relinquish some of our holdings to a 'producer', but not 33%.

Since you are intellectually challenged, you are probably unaware of the investing differences. Yes, the quality of management is a very important parameter for investment decisions, but sometimes, the quality of the product, or prospect outweighs those shortcomings. However, the ineptitude, and bad decision making of The Failure, severely outweighed bringing the potential to fruition. I am not hopeful that the 'deal' or the present management will 'multibag' from here, but, again, as I have stated many times before, at 2p sp, it's not worth selling, and I have mentally written it off, but can hope for some positive news in the future. I mailed The Failure several times re; Bonus Payments. His stock answer was that this was the jurisdiction of The Remun. Comm. (RC) and that he had no say. lol. I asked him, and the Chair of The RC to publish The Scorecard which was the basis of the awards. I recvd. no answer from The Chair, and The Failure said that since the Scorecard had not been requested at an AGM for publication, the Co. would not issue a RNS. So much for honesty and transparency. A Fortune 100 Co has placed a $172m order with a Stateside H2FC mfr. for Power Generation. Although not huge in the grand schemeof things, it is important when we have a USA Govt. rallying against 'green' initiatives. The number of sites in USA for DMG projects must be humungous, and there will be more interest when the Idiot in The White House is replaced.
