Part deux ( no obligation to read)
..cretin), and major Govt backed research is done on production techniques of H2, the price can drastically be reduced. remember, it is the most common element in The Universe. It's a chicken and egg situation with car buyers and infrastructure. Do you lash out mega bucks to be green and find yourself stranded with no charging station., We have all been in 2,3 4 hr traffic jams, and in Winter, with engine off to conserve battery, H2, and no heater, it's not a viable option.
If there was a will amongst Govts to reduce C emissions well below the Paris Accord Agreements, which are laughable with India n China burning coal at millions of tons pd, and accept that the only real, viable alternative to reduce C emissions drastically, in a few years, not decades, is to commit to Electric transportation for all transport modes , both Battery and H2 FC ( or others). Of course , the big obstacles, and these are political, are ME countries, OPEC, Big Oil ( has a big say in USA politics with both Rep, and Dem,, but more so the former), However, if oil companies accept that they will be smaller enterprises, and there is still , I would imagine, a demand of 15mbpd, for the thousands of other products which have oil as its starting point, then we may get somewhere. And lets not forget, supply and demand prices. If oil requirement is slashed, and prices slashed, there will always be entities that will change its green option, for a much more attractive priced oil option, and increase profits. The raison d'etre of everything on this Planet. All IMO naturally, and if you read it, thnx. *******ings easily brushed off, no worries. lol. Good luck all in the year ahead. And btw, finally, a word on Brexit. I was not a supporter, but the vox populi have had the say. If you want Brexit to succeed ( The Eu do no not), then we have to act more like our Ger, Fre, and Ita colleagues. They do not buy Britsish - anything, only in small niche markets. Our streets are full of Mercs, beemers, Audis, Renault, Citreon , Fiat etc, etc., You rarely see British made cars in Eu, only the one you may be driving, and that is probably doubtful. Aldi, Lidl have done well in Uk, Tesco did disastrously in Eu. BoJo aint the answer to our problems, but give him a chance at least.
