On the contrary, many posters, such as moi, who are 'fearful' of this BOD's intentions, and know how The Failure miss-managed the asset, have argued that the reserves are worth substantially more than has been offered, or alleged offered. Converting biomass into gas or liquids and separating the hydrogen
Using solar energy technologies to split hydrogen from water molecules

Take a gander at PHE which has a process (DMG) to mfr H2 from waste plastic and tyres, and a DMG plant will shortly be constructed nr Liverpool. These are small 25tpd plants, but emit no pollutants, and can be built near the source where H2 is required, This is significant, since one of the main costs of H2 is in transportation, and of course waste plastic is an International concern. Get educated kiddo.

All major companies, incl Maersk are planning to have HFC ships on the Ocean in the next 5 years, Many Lake transport vessels already use HFC now. Rail. Dozens of Cities Worldwide use HFC trains. Watching a CNN broadcast yesterday, it highlighted that the 'recycling ' of plastic waste in USA is a myth. Each household has 7 bins for different categories of 'recyclable' plastic. In reality, only cats. 1 &2 are 'recyclable', the other 5 cats get sent to landfill or are incinerated. In 2018 USA produced 40M tonnes of plastic waste.
If I were senior mngmnt in PHE, I would be camped on Bezos's front door with a view to to having a similar proof of concept plant build now. Planning in USA is a little less stringent than UK for 'green' projects, especially in California. A couple of $M to Bezos is small change.

I stated at the time of 'the deal' that I thought it was purely a 'buying time' episode in this saga. Regular followers of mine (lol) will know that I expected raising cash to be problematic for the alleged suitor, but am very pleased that 'the deal' as proposed will(may) not go through. I am encouraged by MS thoughts on Micro LNG production next year. Exploration has stated that in his opinion, this can be almost self financing. I do not thing MS wouls even mention LPG if it were not a feasible proposition. The main thing is that we retain 47.5% of the License. It's going to be a long hard road before we can pipe gas to Eu. I have to take the honesty of this new BOD at face value. I have already stated that I do not believe it has PI considerations as it's first thought, but it must want SOU eventually to be a company which unlocked gas in Tendrara, for everyone's benefit. Thoughts od divis in 2 years time were always dreams, and even more so now. At best, this is a 5 year hold from now, but I can't see liquidation, unless The Failure gets involved with his pal at SM over the $30m bond.

Re; conversion kit for ICC to H2. No, operastar, I did not mean converting an ICC engine to run on H2, that would be very inefficient because of the low CV of H2 cf to petrol and diesel. I meant, obviously poorly stated, to convert an ICC to a H2 FCV with an electric motor. The H2FC is expensive, and almost impossible to see a price on-line for one capable of running a 75-100KW motor. However, with demand, and more mfrs, the price will tumble.
