And that's the issue, how long has this company got? another fund raise will be a disaster for existing shareholders heavily diluting their holdings as it will need to be very cheap for anyone to take it up, if at all, at present it is no more than a gamble for investors and it looks like a no more than a stop gap until another fund raise is required.

The worrying part is that after the last fund raise radio silence but now some hopeful looking RNSs with no details how these will make money so it looks like a butter up in the run up to the next fund raise.

At present I can see no concrete plans to end this cycle of SP dropping, jam tomorrow RNSs, fund raise, radio silence, more costs, SP dropping. . .

This is my fear that without profits soon there is going have to be another fund raise, this will not go down well as too many people have been burnt by previous raises and if one happens it will need to be at very low price to get anyone to participate and that will cause huge dilution to existing shareholders.

I for one will not put a single penny more into this company unless it starts to make money, after all I invest for profits not capital losses, nice fluffy RNSs and jam tomorrow.

New contracts are good by this company must cut all spending that cannot be turned into a profitable income stream before they run out of cash everyone loses patience.

The answer for me is simple as I have stated many times this company desperately needs someone with financial nous to turn it around.

I bought for the same reasons and also that we we told there was going to be profits, looks like I got that wrong as well. I am giving up hope bit still have a little, the issue is how long can this company survive and will the time period be enough to see the potential turn into something tangible. IMO the BOD need to wake up and smell the coffee, put all efforts into projects likely to make money in the short term and put everything else on the back burner otherwise there is likely to be no long term future for the company and as shareholders all we just get are capital losses.

I have been slowing moving out of the UK mostly to US, only place I am putting money into UK stocks are REITs/ITs in winddown or possible takeover targets as they are heavily discounted to NAV, this is the result of a dysfunctional stock market caused by government policies. This is working very well so far.

I still have Lloyds which I got under the many share schemes when I worked there and bought some more a time ago after the crash would like to hold but been thinking UK is not the place to put investments especially ones where windfall taxes are a possibility, even if they don't happen are a black cloud over the SP.

You have got the ask the question why these migrant hotel are allowed under planning law, a hotel gets planning permission as it pays taxes, serves the community, it is a place for events like wedding, birthdays etc, people stay there when visiting friends or local businesses and tourists who bring money to the area all positive. When planning was granted I am sure they did not expect this to be used for long term migrant accommodation which adds costs and crime to the area.
