What she has not done is read the simple instructions on stamp duty on HMRC website which states it is considered your second home if you have an interest in another property which includes a trust for one of your children if under 18 years old. Unlike a lot of HMRC information this is easy to understand. Then it begs the question how can her lawyer have missed this and still remain a lawyer or did she not tell them?

Never worked in business or has any clue how business in run.

I worked on banking software for a lot of my life and this is not news, it has been the case for well over 20 years (probably more than 30) and each year a bit more is added. I worked on a very large and complicated system which was so complicated nobody knew all it it did, there were experts on part of it (myself included). When dealing with problems I found that it was doing things nobody in the bank knew about and were surprised when I asked about this, the software was put in a long ago and people involved left years ago and no one looked at it while it kept working so it was forgotten until some issues occurred. Once I found a whole department in another building miles away had over well over 10 people a day using it and nobody who run the system knew about this until I was asked to find the origin of some unknow messages appearing on the log. When a number of banks tried and sometimes succeeded in replacing what is a very old system they found it very difficult and costly as it was only then they discovered all it was doing. In short it is the software which contains all the expertise and thinking and if it works fine this is forgotten as people leave and only discovered/re-leant if required.

i think it is about some automated check that goes wrong, i have had some posts removed which were not controversial or offensive, interesting the same post on 2 different lse chat boards one was removed one was not, reposted the removed one and still there. the posts were made late at night and removed before 8pm so very little chance of complaint or being see by a human at lse.

interesting that if you use a word that contains what they believe in and offensive the word is * out and the whole post changed to lower case not good if you live in s****horpe, or c0ckfosters, yes even a mail chicken is now offensive.

Her son is seriously disabled and received a payment from the NHS after a long legal case which was put into this trust fund so the money used for the deposit is from the NHS. The trust fund in exchange received at additional 25% share of the family home.

This is getting better by the day, there are some very big questions whether the son got a fair deal and was it in his best interest or Angela Rayner's, just the sort of thing that happens to an ordinary northern working girl.

She is the one responsible as she hired the tax advisors (not Lawyers) and if that incompetent in handling this how can see be trusted to run the country when Keir Starmer away, or perhaps did not tell them the truth which runs right through the Labour party, now in their DNA. As always it is someone else's fault.

The problem is that is if Rachel Reeves was to go it would just spook the market and she would be replaced by someone more left wing and useless. It is simple the Labour party cannot do what is required which is not allow inflation busting pay rises and make the large cuts required as the back benches would not allow it.
