The offer was for 213p (way above the SP now) + Kistos shares, this was over 2 years ago so have to add in intertest that would have been earned, also AA would never have bought any more assents in the UK as he has stated many times. Instead we are stuck with Mercuria so any other takeover except for them or their friends is out of the question and another factor in the low SP.

I would have liked a chance to vote on this but BOD did not give shareholders any choice, they were too married to Mercuria at the time and look where it got us.

You assume they have a clue about what they are doing, from what has happened since they have been in office the facts speak the opposite, just take a look at Ed Miliband. and David Lammy who would have put either of them in a position of power if they had a brain. We all know these appointments will not end well, also the party of Diane Abbott, Jeremy Bernard Corbyn etc.

You really need to catch up with what is happening, after the new acquisitions it is now a smaller % that is hedged. Also since you do not understand hedges I will explain, new hedges are almost certainly to be at a higher price when HH is higher. Not very professional from the resident self identifying energy professional. Perhaps a course in energy or hedging for Dummies would help. Also if you know anything about DEC you will see they stated that the amount of gas will be reduced when prices are low.
