Ford Mustang Mach-E Third In New Registrations Through Q3

Since its launch, the Ford Mustang Mach-E has proven to be a strong seller that’s quickly gaining market share on its chief rivals – namely, the Tesla Model Y. In Q2 of 2022, the Mach-E ranked third in terms of new U.S. EV registrations at 5.68 percent, which was still pretty far behind the first-place Tesla Model Y at 32.75 percent and the Model 3 at 30.69 percent. Those rankings didn’t change one bit in the third quarter of this year, according to Automotive News, but the Mach-E did gain some ground on its main rivals.

After selling 10,941 units of the Ford Mustang Mach-E during Q2, The Blue Oval has moved a grand total of 28,088 of its EV crossover through the end of Q3. That’s still considerably less than the Model Y at 156,455 units and the Model 3, which Tesla sold 144,081 copies of, but the Mach-E beat out every other EV on the market. That list consists of the Tesla Model X (23,435 units), Tesla Model S (22,856 units), Hyundai Ionic 5 (18,202 units), Kia EV6 (17,149 units), Chevrolet Bolt EV (15,403 units), Volkswagen ID.4 (11,001 units), and Nissan Leaf (9,261 units), according to data from Experian Automotive.

The 2022 Ford F-150 Lightning debuted to tremendous demand, to the point where reservations/orders quickly exceeded the automaker’s production capacity. Not much has changed in the months since, as the EV pickup is still a red-hot entity on the new vehicle market, as well as quite elusive for those that would like to purchase one. The 2022 Ford F-150 Lightning continues to set new records in terms of sales with each passing month as well, and that trend continued in October, according to the automaker’s latest sales report.

The Danish-born, Los Angeles-based car designer turned entrepreneur is now on his third attempt at building cars with his family name on the hood. In his early favor, our drive of a prototype of the electric-powered 2023 Fisker Ocean SUV due to hit streets later this year suggests he might finally have a winner.
Fisker's secret sauce is Magna Steyr, an automotive manufacturer based in Graz, Austria. Magna who? You may not know much about this company, a subsidiary of Canadian auto supplier Magna International, but you're familiar with what it builds: the Mercedes-Benz G-Class, Jaguar I-Pace, BMW 5 Series sedan, BMW Z4, and Toyota Supra. Indeed, Magna is an experienced, flexible, and efficient auto manufacturing specialist. And it's invested in making the 2023 Fisker Ocean a success, literally: The company has taken a 6 percent stake in Fisker Inc.
Finally, Fisker says the company has 60,000 Ocean preorders—the first vehicle is expected to roll off the Magna Steyr assembly line before the end of 2022—including 5,000 prepaid deposits of $5,250 for the limited-edition Ocean One. In 2023, the first full year of production, he expects the company to deliver 40,000 to 50,000 total vehicles to the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

One of the most important things prospective buyers have in mind when looking into buying a car is how safe the vehicle is. For customers in the market for a safe EV have to look no further, as the Chevy Bolt EUV has received top marks from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).
As a quick refresher, the NHTSA announced last fall that it would be conducting crash tests of several GM vehicles, including the 2022 Chevy Bolt EUV. And now, the results were recently posted on the administration’s website.

The Chevy Bolt EUV was awarded a fiive-star rating in almost every test, which includes Front, Side Barrier and Side Pole tests. The Bolt EUV got a four-star rating in rollover tests. This lead to a five-star Overall Safety Rating, the highest score awarded by the NHTSA.

The GMC HUMMER EV and Cadillac LYRIQ are rolling off our assembly lines in Michigan and Tennessee, respectively, while the GMC Sierra EV and Cadillac CELESTIQ were revealed to much fanfare. Chevrolet has revealed the Silverado EV, Blazer EV, and Equinox EV, which will join our existing Chevy Bolt EV and EUV next year.

We are ramping toward our target of having the capacity to build one million EVs per year by 2025, with our first Ultium Cells LLC manufacturing facility up and running. Two more are under construction in Spring Hill, Tennessee, and Lansing, Michigan. We also have binding agreements securing all battery raw material needed to support these plans.

Now I know why CFP was trying to keep the SP low....

As Seeing 2020 pointed out Cenkos havent used the same formula they did for CAT, but instead spreading it over 3 yrs.

I guess Cenkos is using SEEs 40% market share, although he states wins are really 80% since 2021.

So yes we need to show the figures and contracts for Mr Market to get it.

Mercedes-Benz has revealed that the EQE SUV will be the brand’s true blockbuster electric vehicle, with the design and dynamic appeal to take it to the top of the EV SUV luxury class in Australia.

Reported to be priced from about $160,000 when it launches sometime after the middle of next year, the newly-unveiled mid-sizer is taking aim at the Tesla Model Y, BMW iX and Polestar 3, as well as the Audi e-tron and Jaguar I-Pace.

Speaking to CarsGuide at the launch of the EQB medium SUV recently, Mercedes-Benz Australia head of media relations and brand engagement, Jerry Stamoulis, believes that the EQE SUV is the model that will open consumers’ minds to the benefits of EVs like no other the company has offered before.

Ford BlueCruise and Lincoln ActiveGlide – FoMoCo’s hands-free highway driving assist features – have been gaining in popularity at a rapid rate since each rolled out earlier this year, setting new records with each passing month as users rack up millions of miles driven with those features engaged. An important component of The Blue Oval’s connected vehicles services push, Ford BlueCruise and LincolnActive Glide enrollment continued to climb in the month of October as well, as the automaker revealed via its latest sales report.
