SP will trade EX the 9p final dividend on Thursday 7th June.

The subliminal message being put out by most home builders is that demand,mortgage affordability and availability and HTB are all helping,BUT�...we are not going to see the sort of % EPS annual increases that we have seen in the past five years.Still sensible returns to be made but the market has always valued homebuilders at a lower level than the overall market.....still a good place to be though.

Yes,great resuts,but doubling EPS every 4 to 6 years from now onwards will take some doing.
