RE: Covkid6 Apr 2018 13:00
Sain, the update is scheduled for 18 April....Cov,to the long term holders here, the operational achievements are what matters here rather than someone else's opinion of what the business is worth. In fact it is good to have the opportunity to buy a small part of this business at a discount, rather than pay the full price or more. The time will come when the SP properly reflects the real value of the company, although nobody knows when.If you owned the whole of this business and it was not listed, you would not worry about what others thought its value was.The only time you really want the SP to be high is when you decide to move on and allocate your capital elsewhere, isnt it?.With Sain's invaluable research,we can know pretty much on a current basis, what is going on out there and the signs are all satisfactory despite the negative opinion of many scribblers of the current housing market and London in particular. For those still able to fund further investments and wanting to buy more TEF shares,a rising SP is a bit like your favourite burger getting more expensive each time you visit the store. Some here, want the SP lower, not higher.
