Hi Fun,
The price is simply wrong. There are too many uncertainties and force majeure that changed the market and the sector.
Price discovery simply has not caught up to the new facts, or not all the uncertainties have settled yet.
The court case is one of them, sure. But should we close all cinemas and focus all time and money on winning the court case instead?
You keep saying we will not reach the 85% target. Maybe. Maybe not. But Cine SP dropped 85% and anyone should agree it is an overreaction and cine will get a re-rate eventually after it proves profitability.
My guess is 70-75% of 2019 which is a record year, cine will be cash flow positive in 4 out of the 6 months, and Cine will tell us how the company plans on increasing revenue through upscaling, upselling, and advertising.
