If they have some 8 Billion to pay, maybe. The current Sp and market cap does not reflect revenue and profitability. Buying the shares from the market will just cause it to spike before gaining even a few percent of the shares.

RCF wise, they said they have 3 ways to sort it out, one of which is the waiver that they already had acquired several times in the past. The only reason I would think they have not obtained one is that they have an alternative:paying it down. If they can't, i expect a waiver or refinance.

With the Regal shareholders, they already mentioned renegotiating on 10 May RNS. The 30 Jun deadline may have been on hold ever since. We received no news of a missed payment other than the fake article yesterday. No regal shareholder has come out demanding payments so far. They are at least happy to sit down and talk.

The silence is really the biggest issue. A positive trading RNS would have had a calming effect to CINE shareholders not in the know.

You do not put into account acquiring Regal for 5.8b. Giving cine 6787 new screens and new sources of revenue.

Boohoo on the other hand faces record level returns.

'Better than ASOS' is quite a low bar. Surely, losing more market share to SHEIN and cost of living concerns will continue in the foreseeable future.

On the other hand, Cinema had 968M revenue with only 90 releases in June. That is more Revenue per Movie and more spending per Customer.
