Both Cine and plex suggested damages, one of which is the cancellation fee. The other 6 is lower amount than the synergies, only one is equal or higher.

On the 9 possible outcomes. Only one of the possibilities is paying equal or higher amount. The three appeals judges and the appeals lawyers are here to make sure a different outcome is possible.

Last financial report clearly stated they can cover the debt servicing at 85% revenue from 2019. We are around 80% of 2019 levels in the past 3 months after a slow 1st quarter. We may be able to catch up with the rest of the summer revenue and a strong 4th quarter.

Each released film has an average of 16M. People will watch anything and it is the scarcity of releases holding up the revenue. Admissions peaked in 2000s but revenue kept increasing due to spending per ticket including concessions.
