I feel sorry for those people who've been sucked in by Adastra et al .. I've had a sneaking suspicion that he is part of a company PR machine.

His continual OTT positive posts without any nuance or any reference to possible negatives should have been a red flag to investors.

I've been waiting for this fundraise for a year or two... They were definitely going to have one at some point.

But I've got to say this company have form with bombing the share price.

Very very upsetting for those who have been in here a long time and expecting positive result. The discount was pretty disgraceful really.

Not sure if I might have a nibble. Last time.when fundraise was at one pence did pretty well, but I'm wondering whether this could be some underlying structural problems with the business.

We'll see.

Hi Green...the Bermondsey Bounce! Indeed. I like it.

However just to clarify and correct about OBD, the launch WAS telegraphed.

In fight with hindsight I'm surprised more people didn't get in at the time.

In April 2023, they issued a couple of RNS' telling the market it would be Q4 launch.

The share price continued to go down.

But they actually did launch very much on time in September 2023.

So, they were true to their word with that...Cizzle haven't been (regarding timing)..

But as you correctly state, it's a different share with different market conditions with a different test.

So direct comparisons are probably not valid but it's a good guidance of what could happen.

Ps just for accuracy, the rise of OBD price after launch of test, went from 10p to a spike of 52p Ask in 6 days.

It stayed at a peak of circa 47p for two days before a steady decline, then an almost wipeout in a few months.

I'm not sure how valid the comparisons are with Cizzle. I certainly wouldn't expect the fallback that OBD experienced because OBD could not get any sales - they launched it without a plan , proper validation or infrastructure.

But the rise within a week was nigh-om 500%.

Like hogbog says, I think it's been a very decent board this over the years for getting good opinions and 'information' (which obviously, is subjective sometimes!)

I was wondering what had happened to you Jace, and also wondered what Brondby was up to.. he was always a decent poster (along with the majority of people on here) I'm guessing that Brondby is still invested but feels that there isn't much more to say until an inflection point?

Possibly the nearest comparison to Ciz (although by no means identical) was the launch of OBD's prostate cancer test fairly recently.

The share price went from 10p to circa 40p(I think it went to about 30 mil market cap) very rapidly, but quickly fell back down because they hadn't done the groundwork on validating and distributing the test..

They did launch with good PR and the market really liked the launch.

You could argue that Ciz has certainly done the groundwork and getting distribution networks sorted... It's been more professional and robust in that respect.

But the PR is terrible.

Who knows how high it will go... I think a lot depends on how they launch it with publicity ( or lack of), and then if they can follow it up with NHS or other news.

As Neil alluded to and has been commented by others (including me), what the heck happened to China and what happened to the development of LFT lung cancer test , and ongoing investigations for other cancers?

See what happens ..?

Since the FDA usually approved about 60% or so of ODD applications (many of those after additional questions are asked), it's fair to say that there is a 50% or more chance that this will be delayed with additional questions.

Yes so it will be a hell of an opportunity if the next RNS states there is delays to this application as is quite possible!..

Then those poor individuals who have already been burned by your feverish ramping may get a chance to get in lower.

I feel sorry for some of the inexperienced investors out there listening to people like you and diesel -obviously does not know what he's talking about.

Diesel will inevitably lose money over a two or three year period.

Could you get FDA immediately but I wouldn't bet on it with the empirical odds.

Chart always said that this would retreat back to 11 to 13p without news.

As you referenced I think the most bizarre and desperate deed by old Nigel was writing his own very short pump on NUVEC and then releasing it as an RNS!

Couldn't agree more with the posts here.

Nigel has always been on planet Gaga as regards shareholder value..

I've no idea what he thinks a reduction from 30p to 0.5p is. Even if you take it from 6p level (pre Viagra hype)

I'm still sceptical about him filing the FDA for Nanogenics. There is simply no record of it. It would be absolutely outrageous if he hadn't but who knows.

But what I do know that he failed in his fiduciary duty to update shareholders about it in any shape or form.

Trying to be fair to him, he has put a team together that appears to have the makings of a successful company with the new CEO. The tech looks like it could be groundbreaking.. but as people have alluded to, it would have taken years and mass dilutions to get anywhere.

Like in any successful business you need a leader with authority and gravitas. Got a feeling that the Pharma world just didn't see it in Nigel.

Good try Nigel, but up to now a disaster in shareholder value.
