Right , my take on it, after digesting the information29 Sep 2025 20:08
Firstly, I only saw the RNS relatively late and my initial impression was : "Oh dear, more guff"
If I have been able this morning, I would have sold a good portion of my holding.
This RNS basically backs up my thinking over the last 18 months... That this US rollout will be painfully slow with very low traction on sales.
First take Allan Syms usual guff, which green thought was positive (Green , I am continually bemused by your lack of skepticism despite listening to the same words over and over.. you must be an eternal optimist)
This is the usual AS rhubarb: "I forward to providing further updates on our partnerships as we continue to develop our global licensing strategy to make the CIZ1B biomarker test available globally."
Like the recent fundraiser - which was obviously to keep the lights on rather than expand.
Then from today's RNS:
"Omni has an active expansion programme to acquire or partner with other accredited laboratories throughout the USA including...blah blah.."
The word "active , acquire, etc"... So this is a company with less than $5million revenue (peanuts) that we believe is acquiring many labs..
And even if it is, how long is that going to take?! Is it really big enough to do this?
Really does sound like a rather little lab Ciz Bio has partnered with compared with what people expected.
I'm guessing this validation and roll out is going to be quite delayed. I'm still holding but may sell some tomorrow. I think they're struggling with this..
Roll out sounds a lot more complicated and long-winded than people believe.
All imo
