Strange trading patterns out of nowhere

Well, unusual rises in share prices like today can indicate a ramping crew - or pre-placing rise, amongst other reasons.

They certainly need the fundraise soon of some sort, and in my opinion the higher the share price can go the better for any discount.

I'm still expecting something around 0.3 to 0.4p but would like to be pleasantly surprised.

Of course you may be right about it long term - difficult to gauge but they have certainly put a top team in place.

Well, he's certainly got high ambition...

He wants us to be the European RNA therapeutics champion with a 1 billion dollar price tag.

And he cites his past share price increase from 40p to 640p at his last company.

Our ambition is large ..."in three years time it's reasonable that we could be a £500 million to one billion US dollar company."

Wow.

This bloke sounds like the real deal - but at what price to existing shareholders in dilution?

Ps for what It's Worth I don't think the board change today means anything negatively (I'm not on the inside track it's just an educated guess, since she stepped down from her role in October).

Not sure if it would need to be a billion dollar company for shareholders to see value, Oogle, but I suppose that depends on the level an investor is in at.

I know many on here will be 80%+ down , probably some nearer 95%..

So at that level it would certainly need to get up to a 100 million pound valuation.

Although obviously the best way forward for shareholders would be non-dilutative funding through partnership, my sneaking suspicion and gut feeling is that there will be an Almighty fundrais at circa 0.3p for about £1.5million - if the new CEO exudes enough confidence to get investors on board again. I'm guessing at that time they will show confidence by buying in big style

Obviously the shares in issue then would be way over 1 billion which isn't great

But that's my hunch.

Possibly one of the most frustrating shares around this one. A big tease... Does she ever reveal all?

The thing I've really learned about this one is , after initially having quite a massive investment here and losing a bit on the 2p fundraise, to thereafter always taking some profits on a spike.

Keep a core amount in, but this one always flatters to deceive.

I think therein is the answer, Bermonds and FF.

The CLIA application itself, as stated by the company, will be an intricate set of details.

The processing time with the submitted application will depend on backlog and attention to detail for if there are any questions.

From the application point I'm guessing this will be several weeks. Hence the "delay".
