.. as in valuation metric, the only adjustment really is on sentiment and as everyone will be diluted equally (assuming everyone has to sell back) then what pressure is there to adjust the share price to accommodate the fewer shares since the market cap isn't reflective of turnover... I don't get it.

what's everyones thought on the share buyback? We are not Apple so its not going to materially affect share price as such because there is no metric - the only way I see it working is if they buy back at a premium but I can't see that happening. I'm missing something I'm sure.

suggests moving the price up to get sellers rather than having stock to sell to lower the price, unless we see some larger late showing trades. It points to the selling being over for now at least and we should see a steady climb, any volume will move it very quickly up perhaps

They accept the CE-IVD data and submission, they need a small equivalence study performed in India then the combined pack is accredited for use in India. So although CE-IVD isn't the official approval, the CE documentation is used to support the submission if that makes sense...

LP you are correct, they sometimes request an Indian lab verifies performance with a small equivalence study with the submission, COVID of course will speed up the process.

I think also now GHIF have their conversion done it will help the market cap climb. There are no hidden elements to the company valuation which is also going to be good if a trade sale emerges. All really positive from here now, now skeletons, strap yourselves in :)

@Saint, I think long term you're correct with your market cap. Short term I think the market cap will be supported by the SARS-Cov-2 market, and this moves away (and I think it will be around for 2-3 years) the sales of the other tests will support the market cap. AIHL, HCV DOD are the on-market tests along side the SARS ones, then we have the TB test which is a huge market in itself too. There will be new tests too I'm sure. So sales short medium and long term coming here to support and underpin that level imo.
