RE: AP Questions 3.12.18 (Part 1 of 2)5 Dec 2018 13:23
ANSWERS:
Q1) Statement confirmation
Statement 1 - Correct. AP is entitled to 10% of the benefits of the entire Baita Plai asset.
Statement 2 - Incorrect. AP is not entitled to 3% of the benefits of the entire Blueberry asset, but 2.5% instead.....talk about petty, lol ;)
Statement 3 - Correct. AP is entitled to 10% of the benefits of the entire combined Zagra assets.
Statement 4 - Correct. AP is entitled to 10% of the benefits of any future asset that is acquired by Vast, from the assets held by Remin SA.
Q2) All correct except the last paragraph. AP groups entire 20% of Baita Plai will also be included as part of the proposed options, and not separated from his other joint assets.
Q3) Yes, AP has considered alternatives to options. Although he went on about some commission and other people being involved, he never actually said what the other alternatives were....hmmm!
Q4) The response to both parts of this question was that the inclusion of legal terms, 'handcuffs', will be entered into the existing agreement once the negotiations come to an end. In short, to prevent a mass insider sell off....to what degree of prevention is yet to be seen.
I have my personal opinion, as I believe 10% of BP, 2.5% of Blueberry, and 10% of Zagra alone is a significant reward for his contribution he made and agreed at the time of taking the role...That's not including BPs potential for 2-3x more, or Zagra, Blueberry etc. With big potential for diamonds across Zimbabwe and other potential assets....Holy shit, that's some big money to be made from conversion of options.
Enabling AP to quickly convert what his 'handcuffs' permit, on a huge rise at the cost of dilution is more of a bonus than anyone requires....a more structured bonus is preferred, but that's just my opinion.
In the simplest way, the growth potential described in the first hour of the Q&A is a lot, the final part puts into perspective how much of that growth AP has access to if conversion of those options are made.
All in all, fair play to AP, I actually thought those questions would accidentally disappear. He answered most, and avoided none, so hats off to him, brilliant Q&A!
