That raise was built upon dreams, most of which has fallen apart already. BP is just another debt inducing project which only really benefits AP and his mates at AP Group...how long will the BP carrot be dangling, and will the company remain in existence to see that day?

Looking at the maths.... 1) Could you tell me how many shares are in circulation? 2) Could you tell me how much headroom is being asked for at tomorrow's EGM? 3) If all resolutions pass tomorrow, which they will as the company needs every penny as AP explained, what percentage increase would that headroom represent?

I can imagine that a few folks who last night returned home after work, only to discovered the shocking news announced by AP, will be selling on their morning break at the first opportunity....why wouldn't they, if they can buy in 50% cheaper tomorrow, it'd be silly of them not too!

Agreed...My brother wanted to change people's views, but was pushed aside to allow APs interests to progress at the expense of shareholders. AP has forced shareholders down a road where they don't have any option but to accept his asset at the cost of more debt....even AP has spelt out that the company is vulnerable and desperately needs cash, hence 50-60% dilution coming tomorrow!

It appears that many here are already on that bandwagon, waiting to get in for cheaper after the big placing that's upcoming. Good luck for anyone that tries weathering the storm.
