From what I'm aware, there are two types of typical diamonds found in Zimbabwe. The rounded dark water worn alluvial diamonds that you mention, which are of relatively low value, but plentiful, where roughly 10% are of gem quality.
Then there is the higher quality, higher carot, auctionable diamonds that have been found alluvially, and in various kimberlites across Eastern Zimbabwe...it's actually the latter "kimberlite source" that I was referring too.
As the entire Marange fields have been known to contain the lower quality diamonds, imo, to whatever extent, their existence is pretty much implied at Heritage. But as for the higher quality....well, I guess that's what we're all hoping for anyway.
