FAHP, Lets suppose that email is genuine, and not a jumble of C&P'd words you've made up and such....what does any of that have to do with T2?....you also said that he said it was coming? ...that's the important part here!

You say he has met his obligations.....was that his obligations for T1 or T2?......and where then is the BP investment plan, which is required as per the RNS?

You say that AP confirmed today....not to any of us he didn't!....you're expecting us to put absolute faith in you that you did actually communicate with him and get a response.

Hi Rob. I'm not a shareholder yet as you say. As I have said before, I intend to time my purchase on the announcement of two key catalysts, which is why I'm hanging around. My brother is still holding if that matters at all.

The reason I posted is be a use everyone has been whinging about "when's T2 coming". It was these comments that spurred me to investigate and share information that others may find interesting....hence you saying it was a valid point, because it is, but not necessarily the case though.

Considering the following term of the Mecuria agreement is required in order to receive T2, and considering that AP stated that he has met all his legal obligations in relation to the agreement....

"and the completion of a Baita Plai plant investment plan validating the business of that mine".

Is anybody actually able to refer me to the 'Baita Plai plant investment plan'? ........ its information that would be considered sensitive, and must be made public as a result!

Maybe AP was telling fibs, and hasn't met his obligations for T2?

A term of the same agreement states that T2 will be executed on the 31st July 2018......the agreement is legally binding on both parties!

There is an included T2 exit strategy for Mecuria in the agreement as well....so why is AP not invoking his contractual rights? ........Something doesn't smell right to me!

Besides, it's not deramping as AP has already said that there is 4 other offtakers. Any new offtaker will have legal documents which will also take time to complete and execute.

It's a plausible theory.....Did AP say 'T2 is coming', meaning that Mecuria is providing it, or its equivalent is being provided from elsewhere?

So here's a theory concerning the T2 delay...

Regardless of meeting the legal terms of the agreement, and the production targets etc. Perhaps Mecuria is not satisfied with Manaila, and therefore pulled the plug on T2. This could leave AP scrambling to seek funding from elsewhere to cover for cashburn, possibly explaining the delay in newsflow, and the public silence too!

"Drawdown of Tranche B is subject, in addition to customary due diligence and agreement of documentation, to a technical and financial due diligence on Manaila and Baita Plai and the completion of a Baita Plai plant investment plan validating the business of that mine. Tranche B would be secured on the Romanian assets of the Company".

IK - FYI, I'm about breakeven, not at a loss! ...All those rampers on that list aren't here for tomorrow, or yesterday, or any short-term view that you would prefer to twist it as, but for SWP! My answer is to take legal action, yes. For repetitively(I mean multiple times daily for months on end) highlighting cash flow. Yes this is an issue, unless something that none of us yet know has happened since the last quarter, but considering that he doesn't own shares whilst doing this......at what stage does it become manipulation? .....you avoided my question! Investing is for me, I enjoy it, and I am up overall. So yes, this is definetly for me....what about you?
