Manifesto, what I am saying is why do this and reduce your focus across the brands when cash is tight and cityam needs investment, unless it is for egotistical reasons. Musk had enough cash to overpay and did so from his own resources not by using tesla as the acquiring vehicle. This acquisition makes no sense to me given the profitability and cash flow challenges.

If you are as egotistical as Elon Musk buying twitter! Bad move for investors here imv.
