Trotsky, agree with your post except for upgrading the electricty network - this is an almost insurmoutable problem , if the gas network is no longer supplying four times the energy of the electricity network as it does today. There is not enough time, labour or materials to upgrade the elecky network , even if the money was available!

As I recall last time they mentioned cash it was a decent explanation as to the future being OK on current spends etc. I think the recurring revenues here are being overlooked by the market as they are key to great valuations in many companies.

Hopefully reversed because of sale of gas stake and falling pound.

So the challenge the UK will have is how to replace the electricty supply system with one that is capable of delivering the energy supplied by the gas network, if hydrogen is not to be used. i wonder if anyone has told Mr Schapps that the gas network delivers four times the energy , so where is the money coming from to quadruple the electricty network, let alone the labour or the copper. The UK will be right in the brown stuff if it abandons the gas network.

As for safety , the same thing was said when we converted from towns gas to natural gas and the simple answer is to give people the choice, its hydrogen or no gas - you choose and enjoy the elctricty bills and unreliable air source heat pumps if you want.

For me, I cannot understand the sp here, OCDO has a mcap about 60% of JD and is loss making - beggers belief.

Skier, most of the countries had deals already with the EU which we carried forward after brexit, it is only 2 or 3 small ones, e.g Malaysia that are now accessible by our over burdened exporters. So only a tiny improvement on what was existing unfortunately , about 0.8% GDP over 10 years.LOL.

And trading update should lift sp today!

Another scandal should help ITV sp because it proves TV presenters are overpaid when someone is prepared to pay £35k for pictures they could likely download for free. Reduce their pay by around 75% , in line with what they could earn in real jobs and our profitability will rise!

P/E of 6 for this year , with huge cash pile and expansion into new markets - what more do investors want?

Market not appreciating the good news here so I have bought another £3k!

Tells us all we need to know about Brexit but importantly that the company is doing well!

But will increase again shortly according to todays release. The Crazy thing here is that the huge cash pile is equal to around 50% of the mcap making the shares dirt cheap. Hopefully an upward rerate will take place when that sinkd in.

Reassuring update- good growth and expectations for year confirmed = rising sp today, I hope!

Hopefully we will get a new one shortly that endorses the announcement on the middle eastern franchise deal as under scoring the credibility of the new ceo and his growth plans , leading to a re rate.

Sales increase below current inflation rate - so treading water imv.

Expecting an uplift today on significant volume increase which is more than double RYA's increase of 9%!

A year of transition - destroying turnover and profitability as they move to lossmaking - pleased I no longer hold here !

HITS, why would the market trust this company , when there is/was legal action underway for previously misleading shareholders, as i understand things. leopards and spots springs to mind?
