Fleccy, imv the BT share price is only a smidgen low.The company seems to have suffered from its needs to finance the pensioners and a useless ceo who wasted millions on sport when there was a network build to fund. It is all about cash flows paying a divi of bank rate plus a couple of percent that will determine the sp. Lots of other great companies giving those returns , unfortunately.

Its is all about jobs, a half point raise would cause 250,000 to lose their jobs, whilst a quarter point raise will likely result in only 1 job loss , that of the governor of the bank. He is so far off the pace it is not funny!

Cash held by company is a significant proportion of mcap and sp should be higher imv.
