Disagree- RNS sets out how the company is to use the cash and discipline around that . Given mcap is only twice cash reserves and there is upside in the project portfolio the sp is well underpinned especially at current oil prices.

Yam, the positive story for Uk is that it has two sectors with great companies, oil and gas and house builders. Both are so good at cash generation they are being milked by the government to pay for out of control public spending, hs2 being best example. The dearth of investors is caused by the treasury and the mobs who want us to return to the stone age.

Another block buster quarter . This company is one of the best and the UK operations have become almost a footnote which is what the UK has sadly become.

Huge cash flows last half and debt still reducing, p/e in low single digits, all great here except it is the UK which is in self destruct mode!

Two ways to view this, either something great is about to happen in Argentina which PL wants for himself or because the market values argentina negatively we need to get rid in order for the sp to reflect the remaining business. I believe it is the latter and trust the sp will rise.

I may be thick but reading the first sentence of the RNS it seems to me the whole business is being sold to pay off debt and if any value is left it will go to shareholders, after the directors get their bonuses and pay offs.lol.Shares therefore almost worthless imv.Here it is;

One radical idea, UK to charge all would be immigrants £10k each and ship them in from France, making the taxpayer some cash . let them all work whilst here and payning for their own accomodation, saving the taxpayer more cash and processing them more quickly and flying those out who are not elligible to stay. The couchman, I don't think you will get any for much less than current sp becuase they will deliver £1bn profit this year implying a single digit p/e. If you are interested in buying now is a great time imv but dyor.

Footlocker sales down 10% , floor area down 4% - not good and as a consequence we have been hammered again today. I have topped up but am feeling quite anxious about our year given what has just been released .
