I see that West Coast Silver are playing the same game as #UFO used to do - paying contractors with shares. Same scenarios being played out again and again. Announce wonderful results, placement, insert bonanza into announcements, placement, then the actual results are not quite as spectacular as first imagined. SP drops and start paying contractors with shares. Those poor contractors with #UFO fell for it, including one of its own directors, now they are falling for it with WCE.

We had similar comments about the iron ore - potential for hundreds of millions of free cash flow, IRR of 9 months and low CapEx to get it going. Today, it's not a priority and will probably be sold off at mates' rates. The playbook is almost identical - be careful.

sorry, previous post should have stated 12 months. now clear what's happening - the three companies are being turned into single focused entities - #ufo will be iron ore, #wce will be silver and #gre will be pgms. no excuses now for not getting han**** producing. #ufo will hold about 25% of #gre or about a$2million, a$5million in #wce.

Yep - similar deal to #WCE - 70% (plus additional 10% within 10 months) for A$500,000 and 47million shares in Greentech.

What happened to this: "WA Government Awards EIS Grant for Pinderi Hills" - the 12 months is nearly up and we've heard f**k all. Totally inept.

@Goingtomoomufo - you are using artistic licence if you think the Telegram group tried to overthrow the board at Alien. If you read the Memorandum and Articles of Association, you would realise that it is almost impossible to generate the required numbers to even call an EGM - 30% of all shareholders. You then have to get a majority vote and, even if you are success at that stage, the Chairman then has to decide whether to accept the vote or not. It is constructed to stop any such coup d'etat. However, what the Telgram group did do, is secure the interviews with RM and GR, focus the board on bringing jV's to the table (Errawarra Lithium and then Elizabeth Hill through West Coast Silver), got the board to improve communications initially (slackened off in recent weeks, unless you count hanging on to the coat tails of West Coast Silver) and to focus the board on appointing CM.

And MACD is well above the signal line so suggesting the share price is still bullish.

Interesting that Macro Metals is up 7.14% on no news - is there an imminent announcement on its anonymous West Pilbara contract as referred to recently by @that_stocks_guy?

Just came across this from an Alien RNS in January 2022: "1.7m @ 19,865g/t Ag (639oz/t Ag) from 23m, in drillhole 21EHDD001" - thats even better than recent WCS announcements - mega grades! Elizabeth Hill is going to be a licence to print money at this rate.

@Goingtomoonufo - pity the sellers over the last week don't share your optimism.

NTA advertised on 22/08/25 so should be finalised end of November - could receive exploratory licence before year end.

@Sharetrader78 - your assumption is correct. The JV announcement on 24th March clearly states that: "Following the completion of the Transaction, Alien will retain the following interests:

· Silver - the Company retains a significant interest in the Elizabeth Hill Silver project (30% direct and an indirect interest via a shareholding in a silver-focused ASX company) with no funding requirement until a decision to mine is made.

· Platinum Group Metals ("PGMs") - Pinderi Hills (100%): This asset exhibits significant potential for PGM's, nickel and copper, containing a historic JORC resource of 2Moz PGM with multiple targets currently under investigation.

· Iron Ore - Hanc**k Iron Ore (90%) (Mining Lease): This lease holds an 8Mt resource with a current mining inventory of 4Mt.

o Hanc**k West (Mallina) Exploration Licence ("EL"): This EL is nearing grant (announced 24 February 2025, "Alien Metals Hanc**k West")

o Vivash Gorge: This asset contains high-grade iron ore (approximately 58%), located adjacent to a significant Fortescue Metals Group deposit.

o Brockman: This asset contains high-grade iron ore (up to 65%), located adjacent to the Mineral Resources/AMCI/BHP Steel JV (currently producing at a forecast annual production rate of 15Mtpa)."

E47/5159 tenement has been referred to Native Title Act today so in 3 months, barring no objections (which there won't be), it will then be able to receive exploratory licence so by end of the year all three tenements of West Ha*co*k will be up and running.

Agreed, @Islandgirl, and many of us on here know why so many shares are issued.

@affrm - #UFO has some outstanding assets. Its DSO iron ore has the potential to be well in excess of $1billion revenue generator. Its PGM also has massive potential and that is excluding its stake in Elizabeth Hill. EH has delivered two unbelieveable drilling results with, hopefully, more to come in the next few weeks. The disconnection between these assets and its share price and the reasons why are well documented on this forum as well as others so I won't bore you. What has happened in this last week is a combination of factors, Elizabeth Hill drill results coming in when silver is starting a bull run, more results due in that could significantly expand the potential of Elizabeth Hill, the iron ore project getting close to a partnership announcement that could release significant value for the company, allowing it then to turn to its PGMs. This coming week could be explosive for #UFO's share price but, as with any investment, do your own research and invest only what you are comfortable with potentially losing.

Approximately 9.5% once new shares are issued or A$3.95million.

Looks like another significant EH announcement from West Coast Silver - will be available in 15 minutes.

@Sharetrader78 - do you think it would be a different story if #UFO was to list on the ASX? My mind jumps back to that phantom announcement late last year, if only it had been true.... sigh.
