It just amazes me the Devon local rag gets more information than the shareholders regarding contracts etc, I just hope JW shouts them from the rooftops when landed and not give to cenko to put in a report like the contracts that never materialised..

I honestly believe it is all about trust, AST lost a lot over recent years and even though the BOD seem to be transparent there is a lot of ground to make up.
What is clear is the settlement is coming along the same time will be Cuba update (IMHO).
This will be a rags to riches stock, no in-between one day it will just fly when the concrete news lands. AIMHO DYOR

oldblue1973- You are bang on the money, permit to stimulate and 5 year extension is worth North of £300m to the company in the future, so a decent pay out of at least £20m and the above would be a good settlement IMO, without the permit and extension I am looking North of £50m.

Rest assured it will be considerably more than the current Market Cap!

By all accounts this should be up by 50% at least, we now know for sure an offer is coming and Slovenia do not want court proceedings. All the doubt of an offer of settlement has gone now just the question of how much.

50m was the in vestment not inclusive of lost earnings interest etc I would imagine circa 75-100m was requested AIMHO

Oldblue, would be nice but they do have 30 days, interesting news in Slovenia, that Slovenians put energy production above environmental concerns, admittedly energy from renewable sources but does show confidence in energy production without environmental impact, Also dependant on court review Slovenia may have another court case over the hydro dams as the ministry requested an environmental Impact Analysis which is contrary to EU LAW (ring any bells).They do seem to be working quite quickly on these cases now..... could be interesting couple of weeks.

MM's certainly been holding the level. lets hope for a couple of announcements this week to get the breaks off.

If you look at the figures in the RNS his last notification was when the shares in issue was 20% lower, so given the dilution he has potentially not sold much at all.
