If people think logically, If the Slovenian gov did leak to the local news it would only strengthen our case as we are supposed to be in confidential negotiations!!!
max19- it states BEFORE the 19th so the last day is the 18th IMO
Don't forget they were asked not to start arbitration BEFORE 19th March, which is today!
Forgot to say I am still expecting news today.
Agree bradis, Slovenia are going through damage limitation!
Is it me or has the vessel finder maps gone down?
I am pretty sure we will get news tomorrow, Thursday is the usual Slovenia news day and considering the last day before the deadline.
There has been an enormous amount of positives towards extracting gas in Slovenia and looks like the international relations are improving with the ministers, all points towards an amicable agreement to me.
A very timely meeting IMHO!
Popcorn and Diet Coke at the ready :-)
The levelling up agenda at 14:00 may be worth listening to.
Judging by the SP maybe some things may be known or is it pure speculation as anything concrete I'm sure would send us a lot higher, Good to see positive moves whatever the reason.
Is quiet, not a leek in sight.
Has stated that natural Gas is there chosen path to carbon reduction targets, So the AST gas field is 100% going to produce gas in volume, the question is; Who is going to extract it?. This makes an amicable agreement critical to the Slovenian government because they can't extract without it in any volume.
The lack of trading today indicates to me the market really has no clue of what is going to happen, which equates to a massive move on positive outcome. AIMHO
Bubble2021- Could do with about 6 to make up for lost time :-) Though two of good calibre would equal the same.
ndmLSE- well IMO if all the restrictions were gone stimulation allowed and a further 5 year extension to mining rights I would certainly accept a lower offer around £20M
Should get 20% once the seller has gone, and maybe they have now?
Strange time to sell the amounts that are going through...
Well the Slovenian government are definitely trying to make it easier to get the gas:
1, new rules on low volume stimulation
2, NGO's put in their place
3, New rules for processes with hazardous waste near water courses
4, Tax incentives for drivers of gas powered vehicle's (Zero Duty)
5, Low Volume stimulation accepted by vote
all the above in my opinion is for the Slovenian gov to get an amicable agreement with AST
To ask for an interim injunction, they need grounds! The money on a QC is well spent AIMHO.
